 It looks like something between a saunter and a light jog-like competitive speed walking, but he's trying hard not to do that, so he's jogging. We need a new name for this type of movement.

Considering the way his arms are, might 'sogging' do?  They certainly look soggy.

Bejiing 2020 pair podium 

 

I just notice Yuzu blades aren’t all black like the one he used for comp. Does he switch blades for practice or he switch around his boots?

These are the same blades they are just covered in ice

They are epic!

 

About the blades, I don't know, they look black to me. Either the bottom parts are not black colored or they were covered with ice.
