My friend's translation: "He has it in all the jumps" *Translator notes: She's not sure what he means by “it”. It was mid phrase* "That’s how it’s done" "He pulls in right away" "Tight position" "Look how tight, boom and he pulls in" "Try it again" *Translator Notes: Girls slump shoulders, skate away. They know it’s easier said than done*

Happy Birthday! And also I love the new banner!!

He also has born musicality. He didn't need to grow up playing an instrument to achieve that either.

When Yuzuru is capable of positions like the pic below, I don't see why he needs to waste his time on ballet. He's got great posture and lines and expressiveness even through his fingertips. And since when is ballet a PCS requirement? You know what is? Skating skills, and you know who excels at it? He does. You know who doesn't as well? Nate.

This takes for granted that he'd get the chance to do it since team japan could possibly not make the final five. And yeah, the thought makes me wish I didn't jump at getting team free tix and just scheduled my trip to Japan earlier.

I agree with this. I am going to have my chill pills at the ready...

One thing I respect about Yuzu is that he does not underestimate his opponents.

Well, we all know it won't be 4CC that replaced her stolen shoes...

This is more accurate than it has any right to be.

Yep and the difference between a $150 "good" level C seat and a $300 "bad" level B can easily be 1 row. I would hate to have a Row M Level B when I could have just had a Row N Level C. At that point it makes no difference. They also recently opened some Level B up for premium price for the mens free through one of the ATRs. So clearly they know it's popular and they know they can gouge even more money out of people. One guy bought from there and his seats aren't even better than ours for some events...

Oh and @liv I leave on the 2nd. I was going to go to Hong Kong for a few days. Then I'll get into Korea and for the team competition. Then I'll go to Tokyo for a couple of days and return for pairs free, and the mens events. It's also looking like I might catch some skii jumping the night before the team SP.

When you choose your print method you cannot change it. So print at home is what I am stuck with and since I have already printed 3 times I won't let me do it again. And contacting the PC.com people has been just barely a step above useless. Just hoping for everything to fall into place.

Thanks guys! I think I just got a new surge of stress because now they are saying that when you print the etickets only the most recent one is valid (but I didn't read that anywhere before and certainly not when I was ACTUALLY printing the tickets) so now I don't know what the print order was for the tickets I have. And the QR codes look the same so it's hard to really tell. It's possibly they could be BSing, but that's just one more thing to have on my mind. And now I am wondering if I copied the first one three times for some weird reason and maybe threw away the other more recent 2. I'm going to print my practice one tomorrow at work and label them carefully to compare. Just hoping it won't be a big deal I guess.

Only one practice is open to he public and it is on the 15th. A few of us have snagged tix thankfully. Honestly this whole olympics has been a frustrating Hunger Games from event tickets to train tickets to get around to good lodging... It's taken out a lot of the excitement because it's been so effin stressful. >_>.

I've paid more to fly to Cali from DC than I paid to fly to Helsinki. I think Europe is just super cheap.

I love it especially since this is what got her disqualified.

Yeah they are loyal to their own...and Apple. But I'm about that Android life. Swype or go home.

UMMMM!!! I have a Note 8 that I LOVE, but I would TOTALLY be here for an Olympic hookup as a spectator!!

In undergrad after I completed my Spanish minor I took Japanese as a course, so that killed a couple birds with one stone :P. But fast forward to many years later and I am taking Japanese classes again, but I had to take a break in the fall because I had evening grad school (and I work full time too and I'm already reduced to naps on weekdays so anything else was not possible). But right now I am taking the grad school term off for the Olympics because I didn't want to have to be worried about schoolwork (no worries, I only have one class left which I'll take next term so I'm still graduating on time). I was thinking I could handle a Japanese class right now but it's quite a lot because I am literally working on two levels at once. And I'll be missing two classes while I'm over there too. I usually practice on one of my hour commutes each way. I don't regret learning and I'm never bored learning. It can just be overwhelming when I think of everything else I need to be making a priority. You really need no less than 2 hours every day to study most effectively and that's getting harder especially when I have to put school and work first. This trip needs to come first too because it's fast approaching. This weekend I was hoping to plan more than I got the chance to do because I was busy trying to play catch up on this class. I wanted to make a banner to take with me but I probably won't get to work on it before Thursday (I just hope I can get it done in time). And my poor video games. I got Assassin's Creed for Christmas. I've had the latest Uncharted game. I have TWO DLC's calling my name for Horizon Zero Dawn and Episode Ignis. I have barely touched any of them maybe I was fooling around with my VR headset, maybe not, but still. Long story short, there just aren't enough hours in a day. And yes #FirstWorldProblems.

*points to self* I was going through my homework this weekend wondering why I am doing this to myself. Though I've been learning Japanese on and off long before Yuzu.

Shomita still looks like he's about 12 to me, so I can only think he is Kawaii. But I'll make sure not to address him that way personally, lol.
-
And that's where the real life long commitment begins, but no worries you are in good company (points to self who just entered 302 class when I should really be in 301 but they only offered 302 so I'm playing catch up with both but I really don't have the time to do it since I'm planning my trip). Happy trails.

I literally have chill pills I am bringing with me on my trip. Muchas gracias to my good friend that is also an acupuncturist .

That's all on the same day.
