^^ Yeah, that's why I think it'd be essential for him to win GPF, because of momentum leading up to Olympics. After the Olympics though? If he won the Olympics with good performance, I think he the Worlds would be just an afterthought. If he doesn't win the Olympics, he'd want to prove himself. But, damn, 5x GPF Champion has a good ring to it too, you bet commentators would bring it up half the time they mentioned him.

I think this upcomig season GPF and Olympic golds would be the most desireable for Yuzu, Worlds gold would be a cherry on top but not essential.

TV Asahi immediately blocked the POTO on Youtube, so I uploaded it to Vimeo. This version has the second jump moved to hit the music note and colors changed a bit because I thought the original TV version was too bright.. I'll try to upload it with original colors but Vimeo's got a weekly upload limit, and for some rason my attempts to upload to Dailymotion end in a failure. Question: Do we gave a repository of competition video links anywhere on the Planet?

I love Etude, it's a must! How about the 2011 CoC version though? It's clean and the camerawork is better. (and I could upload a 1080p file of it if there isn't any on youtube...) May I also suggest 2013 TEB Exhibition, Notre Dame? I just rewatched it today (I've cut out a beautiful HD file from the 5GB monster of a file of the entire gala, I've been cleaning up my disks) and goshdamn, that version is majorly impressive.

Agreed! I've made an "improved" version of the WTT POTO - with the 3T moved a bit so that it hits the music highlight (although a mere 3T instead of 4T still looks a bit off on such a big highlight) - and in top-notch HD this time, maybe it's time to upload it to youtube?

Concerning previous video games discussion: I don't think skating to video game music is any different than skating to movie music. Seimei was an unorthodox choice, people or judges didn't know the sory and the music itself was a bit different but it was hugely successful, enough to become his signature program. Samw with video-games, as ling as the music is good, there should be no problem As far as movies go, though, weren't Lord of the Rings and Hobbit suggested? I totally wouldn't mind! When it comes to warhorses, Swan Lake would suit Yuzu. Honestly, if he has to have a warhorse, Swan Lake is some of the best music ever written, so it wouldn't be too bad. Just as long as he plays Rotbart or Odille, because c'mon, the Prince is completely bland (unless he goes with the Matthew Bourne interpretation, because then, poor Prince).
