  1. There should be a law against taking such a beautiful man and putting him in, umm, that.... {heads back to stare at Origin costumes, both of them}
  2. Got to be photoshopped, look (if you can bear to) at the way the fabric 'lies' around his torso, totally not natural.
  3. That's pretty much the consensus, Prince's estate tend to be very strict (look at the ACI videos of Kevin's skate, either muted or yanked pretty well immediately).
  4. On a different point and sorry if it's already been mentioned, but when I saw this picture of Kazuki's FS costume and hair... and read he also has black blades... think he's showing his influences here? http://photos.phantomkabocha.com/FigureSkating/Lombardia2019/KazukiTomono/imgpages/image034.html
  5. The TV's on and my sister is watching a cookery show, I'm barely aware of it... Until they tell us what they are making is a white chocolate and yuzu cheescake. I want.....
  6. Just for the email to say my DVD is being shipped from Japan today....
  7. I have this mental picture of tiny wide-eyed skating novices/juniors all over the world sitting and watching Yuzu as he sat and watched Johnny and Plushy.... and finding the magic as he did.
  8. That's what I thought... err, what?
  9. When you also add in the letters cards and gifts he gets sent to him at TCC and in Japan... I know he and his family appreciate and try to get to every single one, and he is quick to mention how much he appreciates his fans whenever he can, he takes not one of us for granted, but the boy is (even if at times we don't quite believe it) human, with one pair of eyes. I think a lot of fans, even if they realise he may not get to their gift or letter quickly, still want to send/give, as a tangible, visible way of letting him know how much he matters to an amazing number of people. Cynthia, I hope he does get to read your loving words soon. (On the other hand, Brian has been trying to reign him in a bit ever since the first follicle fell out. If he can't do it...)
  10. With that revolving pic above, can I say I REALLY like this option - no odea why, I just do - and he could bling it to his heart's content...
  11. I'm biased, but I cannot honestly see how he can improve on the Origin costume. If somehow he does, I will probably die....
  12. It's the casual way he says it....
  13. Not only 10 years as a senior, but he pretty well moved into the top rank at once.
  14. This is true. Given everything he has done in his career, everything he now chooses to give the world is a gift. And it occurs to me, the fact that Seimei and Chopin were repeated and therefore skated more often doesn't change my fresh and new enjoyment of each separate performance (I mean, how many videos do I have - and regularly watch - of each?)
  15. .... I'm hungry now.
  16. When you think about it, other skaters with career of equal length may have more programs per se on their 'resume'... but how many can you name who have more masterpieces?
  17. ... which has been screencapped or giffed a million times for its sheer beauty...
  18. If only... I would be in heaven if he did
  19. I admit, when I saw them the first thing I thought of was that video where he got to talk (fanboy) with the Tokyo Ghoul voice actor and was all "please eat me!!" (I have resigned myself to the fact that I will probably never see Yuzu skate to the Tokyo Ghoul soundtrack or other Japanese horror, but we can all still dream...)
  20. Oh I don't like him (I think the Eunsoo-Bell business put the nail in that coffin) but I try to be fair even to people I don't like (well, sometimes)
  21. I still recall a video of Raf getting Yuzu's autograph, and remember it when he does something off-putting.... of course he wants Nathan to win, I'd think the less of him if he didn't have that loyalty and drive for his own skater (and he hasn't any Oly individual medals for his stable as yet, has he? he'd be hungry for that), but there's no doubting his genuine admiration for Yuzu. Pretty much every top coach on the planet would give all their eye-teeth, a kidney and goodness knows what else to have had the shaping and coaching of him, and pretty much all of them are unstintingly in awe of what he has become.
