Oh I agree, and it's actually no surprise that he has massive physical "pull' as well as sporting adoration even in a sport where good-looking is the default. Yuzuru isn't as conventionally handsome as Stephane, Javi {sigh} or Takahashi, but let us be blunt, those big eyes and small pointed face, that smile and magnetic, changeable aura, the long vulnerable throat and uniquely graceful body lines do have quite a hefty erotic appeal to many fans... and Masquerade proved quite conclusively it's getting stronger as he matures.

Even though he was never able to bring it to full glory as he so wanted to, in a way Origin is for me quintessential Yuzuru against the odds - passionate, defiant, never backing down, so beautiful, heartrending and heartwarming all at once. I think I will always love it, wounded work of art as it is, as much as any of them, maybe even Seimei.

I'm hopeful about Alina, as long as they don't butcher the Jarre music (which would be unforgiveable, at least to this film score fanatic, and having listened to the fine on its own but NOT complementary Hicham piece... we'll see) The Lawrence music I do think will suit her very well. And if she goes to Hollywood/TV for costume inspiration, there have been some glorious - totally unhistoric, but glorious - ones for her to draw from.... -

Oh no! I have learned to love rabbit.... and they are taking it away! Maybe something else will be found, or people who can watch and record the shows can upload them, but streaming parties were such fun. Thank you a hundred times however to those who did host!!!

It would be lovely if he could go to Shanghai though, his Chinese fans would be over the moon. But he doesn't at all need the money and his training does come first. But I hope he can go to Chine some time in the future. Even if he doesn't compete in 2022, they would really really like to see him as a guest at the Olympics.

I do wonder how the skaters actually there might feel about Yuzu ads getting the plum positions in their pamphlet And the Ghana ad is very encouraging, he's still with them so we might get more chocolate ads! (apologies for being a touch obsessive, I simply adore his chocolate ads one and all)
