Yeah, DOI 2016 was held in Aore with support by NST (Niigata Smile TV) and aired by Fuji and BS Fuji, and yes, Figure Skate Aore Nagaoka was held in same venue in 2015 with support by NST and never get aired….......... Maybe Niigata gets merciful in every two years…?

Fuji aired FaOI Sapporo last year and FaOI Toyama in 2014. I suspect it’s a venue that makes it difficult for them to film and air the show, because Toki Messe is small and the layout of ice rink and spectators’ seats is very different from other FaOI venues. Fuji aired Dreams on Ice 2016 held in different venue in Niigata area, so if it’s possible they would air FaOI Niigata too…

Hydro, the channel they’ll air “スケーターたちの記憶” is テレ朝チャンネル2, not 1. If there’s streams for テレ朝1, there might be one for テレ朝2 too, so it might be a good idea to look for it.

I don’t know how Tomas decided to join the show, but he won his first GP medal in Sendai, in NHK Trophy 2007 which Yuzu participated as a flower boy. Here is a video of Yuzu as a flower boy and you can find Tomas in a costume which features Kanji and Katakana.

I could not find a footage of Yamato kissing everyone but found a footage of the jump battle. Yeah, it was probably one of his earliest 4S attempt (and success) in a show. I like Yamato because he is always friendly and supportive toward Yuzu, and any other younger skaters. He’s very funny and good looking, too.

My guess is SEIMEI2.0 or Swan Lake. @MrPudding It’s a footage from Friends on Ice 2011 (Shizuka Arakawa’s show) where Yamato Tamura joined Daisuke Takahashi’s La strada as Gelsomina and kissed the boys including Yuzu somewhere in the show. I don’t have a link to any footage of the show but you can see what happened by google searching pictures with “フレンズオンアイス 2011 ヤマ子”

@Yaguruma So さん ソチオリンピックの時のKovtunとプルシェンコとの話は聞いていたし、Cup of Chinaの時の「怖かった」という言葉も聞いていましたが、そういう意味で怖かったんだとは思っていませんでした。 他の選手も事故を見た後で普通とは違う状態で演技していたし、Kovtunも危険な事故を目にしてしまったから怖かったんだろうなと思ってた。Poohも、Kovtunはよく滑走順が羽生君の後ろになるけど、もう慣れてるよねって思っていたけど、そうでもないのかな でも、羽生君のSEIMEIが発表された時は、日本以外の人はどう思うのかと思ってたら確かKovtunがかっこいいプログラムだとほめてくれててうれしかったですよ。 @Strawberry さん、MADのご紹介ありがとうございます。各国の有名解説者の声にちょっとエコーがかかっていて映画の予告編みたいですね。本編は来年2月公開！的な想像をしました

言葉と羽生君、どっちも私にとっても大好きなトピックです 本当に楽しかったから安心してね！ 私もHydroさんの1個前のpostを読んでからちょっと寝たり出掛けたりしていました。こっちは午後だから寝ないで少し仕事するけど、Hydroさんはゆっくり休んでください！

そう、正にそんな感じの顔 言語が分かると同じ映像がまた違う風に見えますね。今日ちょいちょい思い出して笑っています。面白いし勉強になりました！ 何のことだろう…？ スケーターもコーチもみんないろんな発言をするし、コフくんも何か言っていたかも知れないけど、多分日本のファンの間ではそんなに悪く受け止められていないんじゃないかな…？ 彼はうれしい時もがっかりしている時もまゆ毛の形で気持ちがよく分かるから、日本のスケート好きは親しみを持って、なるべくうれしい時の方の顔で演技が終わるようにと思って応援していると思います。ワールドの時も羽生君と会話している映像をたくさんのファンが楽しんで見ていたので、あまり心配いらないと思いますよ！

ああ、GPFでは優勝したからなんとなく勝負に勝つ方の意味でだけ考えていたけど、conquerには心を奪うという意味もありましたね… それを考えるとますます羽生君の反応が面白いかもでもほんと大体そのとおりかも

@sister555 さん、いろいろリンクありがとう！ あとでゆっくり読みます。 うん、確かに素敵であればおじさまでもおうじさまでも問題はないですね… チャールズ皇太子のようにおじさまでもおうじさまの両方に当てはまる人もいるし… ドイツ語を選択してた友達は英語に似ていて楽と言っていたのですが、そうでもなさそう？ ロシア語が複雑なのは有名ですね。あとロシアのスケーターのインタビューを読んだり聞いたりすると、たとえ英語で話していても時でも独特の話術があって、言葉の裏にもたくさん意味がある気がしていつも興味深く思います。 ここでは羽生君に関することと同時にいろんな国のいろんな人の話が聞けるのがすごく楽しいです。 @Hydroblade さん そう言えば、スペインとメキシコのスペイン語は違うと授業で言われたかも。私の先生はスペインで勉強した日本人とコロンビア人だったので、多分両方のスタイルで教わったと思うのですが、大分前なので記憶が薄れています。 そうか、じゃあまずメキシコ式で勉強したらもう少し先に進めるかな… 日本料理、好きと言われるととちょっと嬉しい 懐かしさがあるとは、Hydroさんもしかして前に日本人だったことがあるのでは…？ 羽生君は2014年のGPFでハビが「ユヅルは生まれながらのconquistadorで…」とか紹介している間、「ふむふむ、さっぱり分かりませんけど？」みたいな顔してちょっと笑いながら聞いてましたね。でもいろんな国の解説の動画を見ると言っていたので、例えばpatinadorとか解説によく出てくる言葉は知っている気がします。私もロシア語は分からないけど、解説動画を見てると「3回転はトライノイか…」と思うし…。あと羽生君は2年続けてバルセロナに行ったから、もっと日常の言葉を耳で覚えているかも。スペイン語と日本語は音が似てる言葉もあるので、分からないで聞いててもなんとなく親しみを感じたりします。(例えばtanto とか。日本語にも「たくさん」のバリエーションで「たんと」という古い言葉があります)
