That's why Fanyus should really stay and cheer for other skaters. Most of them don't have many chances to skate in front of BIG audience (esp skaters from small feds). The fact that they can show their hard work to many people is encouraging and delightful enough for them, even more than scoring.

I rewatch Origin a few more times as I was kinda confused about the program at first watch. No doubt he kept emphasing about "becoming stronger & stronger" after the FS, this program is so heavy and dramatic. It requires certain weight and power in expression (to pull it off) which is kinda different from what he often did in the past. Those qualities are well expressed w the music, the costume, the choreo, and his manner, but he seems to run out of energy a bit hence smt doesn't feel right. If he can get back his stamina it would be EPIC!

yeah, but her 2 programs last ss were boring for me too. Like too generic? I'm not sure what style will suit her but I think she needs more "memorable" programs.

Mai got pretty dresses for both programs this ss. Her skating is very good too. But again, 2 boring programs

Otonal would be lit like Ballade no.1. Origin is good too but Otonal is more impressive for me. It's only 1st showing but the potential is alr there. All the detailed expressions of nuance of the music are mesmerizing.

It's prob in either GP. It's true he landed 1st 4Lo in ACI but he had landed it well in ice shows he might've had tons of times working on it the previous seasons. Last ss he landed 4lz in CoR (1st GP), so I expect the same time this ss. But it's Yuzu, so can't wait to be trolled again

Unlike Sochi's FS, Yuzu's actually satisfied w his PC FS even w the mistake. He said many times he did his best in that FS, and satisfied w the result. It's been 7 months since the Olympics but he never showed any 'kuyashii' towards that skate. It never happened before. So yeah, it depends on the situation, that "he's never satisfied w/o a clean skate" is also relative now as he grows into another stage of his career.
