I watched Alena's Twilight program twice (Champions on Ice and Dream on Ice). And the more I watched it the worse I felt? It should only be an ex, sigh. Now it has moved from ex -> sp -> fs, I'm not sure if there will any improvement? But knowing Daniil I shouldn't expect anything, lol. I think Rika's sp is getting better in DoI. And with all the Egyptian hands it's still wayyyyy more well-choreographed than Daniil's cheap Twilight.

Tomoe's and Yokoi's programs are my favorites so far. The programs really suit them.

Is Zigeunerweisen the ONLY true classical music he ever had for a senior FS? It was his first senior ss, and next is 10th anniversary, nothing better than another classical piece to celebrate. It sounds old and typical, but given that he didn't have a classic FS since forever and how no one can do it better than him, he should consider. Plsss Yuzu (well I just encountered V/M's FD of Symphony no.5 in Vancouver and it was INCREDIBLY beautiful so it came up in my head.....)

I'd like RC cuz that's probably the only event we can have 4K fancam =))) (CoC is out of list, pretty sure Yuzu won't go there). I used to have tons of Yuzu's programs in my playlist but now all gone, only fancams are left. I'd rather watch fancams over official broadcasts with silly commentary any day

Last ss he debuted 4T3A which might not the most ideal score-wise but he successfully landed and got away with another "the first to land xyz' title. I'm thinking if he will invent smt this ss too, if he'll keep 4T3A, many questions. It's Yuzu, I think until he can land Nessie b*tch in a comp he'll do smt new each ss=)))

Shoma going to TCC would be a bit ... awkward. He's Yuzu's countrymate AND rinkmate.... Would it be like Plushenko vs Yagudin lollllll Imagine your brother goes to school studying in the same class with you, on top of that, you 2 are always being compared by your parents and teachers. It's kinda suffocating.

I can imagine Shoma go to TCC, Raf, Tom Z, etc., but Eteri? Lmaoooo I know there are lots of rumors about it but still can't imagine. Like Uno has been trained with the always SMILEY Mihoko since he was 5, and now he will be with Eteri the infamous RBF? It's not about smiling or not but I'm sure their training styles are very different too, can Shoma get along with that? If he actually goes with Eteri I'm still very shocked, despite the rumors in advance. It's alr too late for any major change in technique, what he needs now is to stabilize his jumps to get consistency points again. Haizz, at the end, having good jump technique is still the key for a lasting career. Now you see many young skaters rise to the top in no time, but how many can stay afloat after 10 ss like Kostner (and Yuzu, counted next ss)? Time will tell.

As he will recycle POTO with an "upgraded" version, I might finally come to like it. It's one of my less fav programs of Yuzu. Thou I hope it's just an ex, cuz I'm done w recycled SP and FS

Twilight was supposed to be her EX, but SP now. The music cut is err, I have little hope they re-edit it, at least they need to adjust the choreo thou. The coat should be gone too. FS music is fine, standard Alena. She talked about her injury and the Twilight program. The idea is extra as expected from Team Eteri lol (turn on cc):

Just discovered this thread. Ppl talked about Sochi, now I realized it wasn't so bad as we got Mao's legendary FS and 2 CLEAN SKATES FROM CARO! The fact the she barely skated clean thru out her career but put down 2 amazing programs in the most important event is awesome! Glad she got an Olympic medal: I also wanted to embrace Adelina in this event! A skater with so much potential but also barely skated clean:(. I really like her skating style, elegant, energetic, beautiful straight body line and powerful ss. Her spirals and spins are to die for. I think she pulled off all her strengths best in the SP here: The non-typical catchfoot to the fan spiral leading to the 2A made me go WOWW. I don't think I've seen any other skater do this cool transition.

I don't think I like the programs as much as I like Yuzu's delivery of them. Like it's his skating that makes it outstanding, the composition isn't as amazing as Ballade/SEIMEI/H&L. But if you talk about refreshing transitions, new elements he included compared to the past, I think they deserve credits. I hope he ditches DW next ss. He ran out of ideas after Notte. HYK, again, makes sense becuz of Yuzu's heartfelt delivery. His skating is so refined, while I would rank it lower than Swan and Requiem but not other older ex, becuz Yuzu has improved a lot in skating and interpretation of music. Requiem remains as the ultimate top ex, I've never been more touched by a FS program. The ss just ended and I'm already thinking about his choice for next ss lol. Now he did enough tributes, it's time to move on with a brand new Hanyu. No more recycle pls

It is as frustrating as last Worlds where he wd too. But i cant help laughing at your arts, it's HILARIOUS loll. Hope other fans who had to give up the tickets can be delighted too

Can I see Gubanova in Worlds jr pls More skates here Btw Trusova gold, Kostornaia silver and Gubanova bronze. Kostornaia even won the SP so I guess she's in better condition now than Ostrava. Gubanova skated very well and got good score!
