They are lovely. Their tango FD from 2013/2014 is one of my favourite programs from the past seasons.

Szerintem is mindhárom Jeff által koreografált program zseniális, valahogy nagyon jól ráérez Jeff, hogy mi áll jól Yuzunak És igen, biztos, hogy valami nagyon különleges dolog fog kisülni belőle majd nyár végére. Már nagyon várom. Tudom, hogy lehetnek hátrányai annak, hogy visszaveszi ezt a programot, de én nagyon örülök neki, mert tényleg nem áll neki jobban más, mint ez. A szombaton előadott Chopin is milyen elképesztően gyönyörű volt... A tét itt is megvan, mert mindenki olyan tökéletességet vár el tőle, mint amilyen a '15-ös NHK-n és a GPF-en és a tavalyi vb-n volt.Szóval nagyon magasan van a léc, még akkor is ha könnyűnek tűnik, hogy újra erre korcsolyázik majd. Viszont az, hogy ismerős már a program, mégiscsak előny lehet. A zsigereiben benne vannak már a mozdulatok és ez majd fontos helyzetekben döntő lehet. Amúgy még azt is el tudom képzelni, hogy a show-k után eszükbe jut valami más, és mégiscsak új programot csinálnak Jeff-fel. Nem tartom valószínűnek ezek után, de még ez is benne lehet a pakliban. Kicsit szokatlanok voltak a körülmények, ahogy bejelentették ezt az egészet, és Yuzutól sem hallottam még teljes megerősítést - elég lett volna, ha augusztusban bejelenti, hogy visszaveszi a Chopint. Miért pont most tették ezt? A 4Lz-tól persze én is félek. Én csak remélem, hogy vigyáz az egészségére, annál nincs fontosabb. Szerencsére tavaly a sérülést követően jól adaptálta a 4Lo-t, és a stabil 4T-vel sem volt probléma, csak a 4S-3T kombinációval volt baj. Remélem, hogy ha úgy dönt, hogy sikeresen halad a lutz-cal és beleteszi majd a programjába, akkor olyan sikeresen megugorja mint a loopot ebben a szezonban.

Yes, you are right, it must be this recording of Zimerman. Thank you, it's magnificient I liked both Michelangelli's and Kobayashi's interpretations, too. Yuzu could skate to the edit he used so far, but he could make some changes or even use a different interpretation too. I can hardly wait - not only for his program but also - for the music edit if he decides to make some changes Yes, I also found only Ballades 2-4 by Cziffra, and it seems to me that Ballade 1 was either not recorded or released. I could only find the other three on CDs and live recordings too. I still haven't given up that I'll find it on an old pirate vinyl some day. I'd really like to hear his version, if it exists.

I don't know which interpretation he used, I'd also like to know the answer for it! But the version he used reminds me very much of Maurizio Pollini's style. You can hear his versions here and here and here. I think Pollini's Chopin Ballade 1 interpretations are absolutely gorgeous, these are my favourites. He plays them with perfect rhythm and speed, or musicality Maybe he used one of this records, or even edited two or more versions together (though I doubt it). I like both Richter's and Cortot's versions too, especially the former's but to me, Cortot's sounds a bit languid, not fluid or effortless. I also like Valentina Lisitsa's version, which is quite unique: the slow parts are really slow, but the faster parts are the fastest you could imagine. The step sequence part is just mind-blowing (even with the obvious mistakes). An another one which I find very, very good is Rubinstein's. (I couldn't found a version of Cziffra, and I never heard him playing it...but given that his Chopin interpretations are heavenly, I am sure that Ballade No. 1. would also be incredible. If someone finds a version of his, please send it to me. Thank you in advance!)

I hope too that So Youn will come back in her top form. I think consistency will be the key for her, a lot can depend on that the next season. Da Bin was also consistent last season (at least in the second part of it) which paid off in the end. And yes, it would be good for Jun Hwan to go to a senior-B competition before the GP series starts. Nebelhorn would be a good choice, but it may be easier to go to ACI or even US Classic International. I am also looking forward to cheer for him at senior competitions!

Which one do you mean? There were three ice dance teams at Worlds, Virtue/Moir, Weaver/Poje and Gilles/Poirier.

Én is nagyon örülök a Chopinnak, nem hiszem hogy volt valaha olyan programja Yuzunak ami a jobban illet volna hozzá - az a program hozta ki eddig belőle a legjobb kvalitásait. A cél az olimpiai szezonban biztos az lesz, hogy minél tökletesebben fussa meg a rövidet lehetőleg minél többször. A rövid programmal sokat lehet nyerni, de veszíteni is. Ha ő ebben a programban érzi a legjobban magát, és a bírók is nagyon elismerik, akkor nem látom problémának, hogy visszaveszi a Chopint. Főleg úgy, hogy rengeteg idő van még átdolgozni, és ki tudja végül mi lesz majd a végső verzió (biztos, hogy más mint amit látunk, de talán a Chopin 1.0-hez lesz hasonló). Igen, egy 4Lo-3T sem teljesen kizárt. Azt én sem hiszem most, hogy a rövidben behozná a 4Lz-ot, egyelőre túl rizikósnak látszik, de meglátjuk. Ha meg is ugorja, azt inkább a kűrben fogja tenni.

Egyáltalán nem butaság, sőt, ugyanezt gondolom én is. Köszönöm a szavaidat Ha valamikor is kétségbe esnék kételkedni kezdenék, vagy elszomorodnék, igyekszem mindig erre gondolni majd. A Chopin SP jó nagy meglepetés, nem gondoltam volna, hogy harmadszorra is azt választaná Ez viszont azt jelenti, hogy biztosan hoz valami újat...4Lz például? A kombinációt pedig nem tudjuk még mi lesz (4T-3T vagy 4S-3T) - nem vonnám le a következtetést a mai napból - még rengeteg idő van hátra a szezon elejéig és addig úgyis kialakul, mit szeretne.

Misha hasn't officially retired yet. He hinted it but never announced it officially. My guess is that he'll wait and he'll probably announce it later in the summer/before the first GP event.

Nice to read some update by Peter. I was wondering if his knee injury had anything to do that the fact that Paul Fentz was selected to compete at Euros and Worlds, even though Liebers won the German Nationals. I tried to search for official infos back in January but couldn't find anything. So it may have been the reason for it. I wish Peters the best. I hope he can come back strong and that his Olympic season will be as successful as it was four years ago

Mindenhez kell szerencse :) Patricknak tálcán volt felkínálva a lehetőség, hogy megnyerje az aranyat...és hát nem sikerült élnie vele. Yuzunak mindenképpen előnye lesz, hogy volt már olimpián, mert tudja, mit jelent az a fajta nyomás. És aki még nem volt olimpián, addig annak hiába mesélik el mások, hogy teljesen más dolog ott versenyezni, mint bárhol másol - azt meg kell tapsztalni. Az is igaz viszont, hogy az utóbbi időben nagyon keveseknek adatott meg, hogy címvédőként újra olimpián szerepeljenek, ami persze egy másfajta stresszel jár együtt. De mivel Yuzurunak határozott céljai vannak az olimpiával, tudatosan készül erre a megmérettetésre már mióta, és jól teljesít ilyen fajta nyomás alatt, így ez pozitívum neki mindenképp. Yuzu a legfőbb esélyes, és remélem hogy így is marad Én is bárminek örülnék a FaOI-n :) Akár egy fehér kosztümös LGC-nek, vagy bármi másnak. És szuper, hogy le fogják adni a vasárnapit a tévében. Tényleg olyan szokatlan, hogy nem mindent adnak le a japánok, s az is, hogy megtiltják a kamerázást a japán show-kon, és a nézők be is tartják ezt a tiltó szabályt (el tudsz hasonlót képzelni itthon?)
