The guides are published. With May 11th as a date but they were not there then.

General rules P.7, skating rinks p.23  : no rink reopening before June 2d.

As a whole, sports equipments will be allowed only for some school activities, and to professional and high-level sportspeople (high-level sportspeople — sportif de haut niveau — being a status among French athletes, who attain results depending on the sports; for figure skating, I think only Gabriella Papadakis, Guillaume Cizeron and Kevin Aymoz are in its "Elite" section (well, after checking, Kevin Aymoz isn't in there, he's in Senior, he will probably be Elite next year? and Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres are there also), rather few others I think in its "Senior", "Jeunes" and "Reconversion" sections (36 including speed and short track), many of whom train abroad, so even after June 2d, it is unlikely many rinks will open in this scheme, let's hope the epidemic will be low enough to extend the possibilities.

Here is the form they must fill :

I hope at least they will be able to prepare rinks reopening by off-ice training with specfic devices.

Found a less sensationalized version:

It’s not gossip, it’s open knowledge, I think. And hardly a sensation.
I just wonder what made him come out publicly.

That's what I thought, too. ( That he was already out). He says in the interview that he thought it would serve the cause of gay rights if he did come out.

Well, if he feels he has to do it. Doesn’t make me think worse or better of him. Still a brilliant dancer on ice.

Good for Guillaume!  I hope he inspires current and future LGBTQ+ skaters by this move!🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Gailhaguet was just asking for "a little decency", hm? Now he is suing the French Sports minister for having forced him to resign, and demands 300.000€...

That man must not know what the word shame means.

:cheer::cheer::cheer:

So there are two people in the world now, able to do this move!

Of course I very much doubt Kevin Aymoz will attempt it in competition but I love the tribute sooo much! :drink2:(I didn't find a cockerel or a French flag as smileys, so I thought the red wine would do the job. 0:) )

Kevin has been doing this in competition for a few years now :)
