Is that what he did the whole time? Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with it, he should do what he wants and has the most fun with. But if thats the case, I don't have to be sad about missing these lives on twitch..... I couldn't watch it yesterday. But on his Twitch site I only found the video of a game. So I can't tell you exactly if he played this game the whole evening. If he only ever plays games, then I prefer his blogs on Youtube.
Anni
Article about Keegan https://adivinesport.com/2022/04/02/everything-he-does-is-extreme-keegan-messing/ Keegan: Quote “I’m hoping to continue the momentum from this year and keep a three-quad [long] program, keep [quad] Lutz going, and hopefully challenge the younger generation,” Messing said of next season. Burghart (coach) feels that it’s likely Messing will continue. Quote “I want to say there’s a good chance. One year, probably not more. But I think he will skate one more year,” the coach said. “That’s just a guess. It’s his decision, ultimately, if he’s going to do it or not.”
Anni
Interview with Roman and his longtime coach Tracy Wainman https://adivinesport.com/2022/04/08/roman-sadovsky-im-proud-that-i-finished-the-season-well/ Quote Q: What are your goals for next season? Sadovsky: I think my biggest thing is probably to up the technical content. I’m watching this last group, and the top three are doing quads left and right. So I’m going to have to catch up a little bit in that regard. I’m happy with this quadrennial; it’s been a time to start getting everything ready. This year, I stuck to a slightly easier program than in previous years, just to focus on my consistency. Now, with the new quad coming, I think the only way to fight these guys is with a couple more quads. Quote Q: A question for next season: Do you expect that you’ll get two new programs, or one new program? Sadovsky: Probably two new [programs]. I think I’m now in a situation where I’ve got to change programs every year. I’m getting closer toward the end of my career, and there are other things [music] I want to skate to. Q: Do you have a list of music ready? Sadovsky: No. I wish I did! [Laughs] "I’m getting closer toward the end of my career ..." I hope for him that his relatives stay safe

airi
We don't seem to have Junior Worlds thread, so I'm gonna say it here. I absolutely adore Wesley Chiu, to the point he is probably my favourite male skater after Yuzu right now. I hope he medals!

Yes Geo, how you write, he is still relatively young. As I read in the article he already has some plans for his future. I wish him good luck for that. 🍀

[NEWS] I'm sorry to see him retire so young but it was pretty obvious he's been struggling with his skating, too. Other news: Skate Canada just announced that this year's SCI will be in Mississauga: https://skatecanada.ca/2022/04/mississauga-to-host-2022-skate-canada-international/ That arena is really close to Pearson Airport so perhaps a bit more convenient for those flying in to see it. liv
SCI is at the same venue as it was the last time in Mississauga, but it has a different name. Yuzu was competing so I HAD to go since it was within driving distance. Good memories.
