This program+outfit is so strange that it really stands out 

I know these girls all wear very little as competition outfits too, but who thought that this sorta naked strip over her thigh, hip and butt were a good idea for a girl her age? I just really don't get it.

Well, he has a program in which a girl is trying to escape a straight jacket, so the signs were there.

 

Thing is, he choreographed so much this year, that he was bound to come up with some weird stuff to not make everything the same.
