Positive thoughts:

1. He's just tired and jet legged

2. He's sleepy

3. It's a normal fall

4. Not injured

5. Maybe it's just an off day for him

could be a bad fall but no injury

can confirm, a bad fall can knock the wind out of you for a while but no functional injuries...

the ankle though.........can you twist an ankle but only lightly?

my ankles hurt for him....

...ok i've died

I really hope that he's not injured and it's just a mental thing so thats why he left the ice to calm himself down before he get mental blocks :tumblr_m7etfqA8wS1qb1380:

Let's not panic still. He resumed practice, so it shouldn't be very serious.

:2thumbsup:

might be a light spring that would require him to take a break, but not linger enough to effect competition. Guess still jetlagged, so maybe its a good thing he did not practice this morning.

you can of course, I twisted mine a couple times slightly and the pain is completely gone in a couple hours :slinkaway: but I don't twist mine out of a fall from a 4Lz so :dpooh: let's just wait and pray for him, nothing will come out from us panicking anyway :10636614:

We've been saying all these past few weeks how the Japanese media loves their drama.

Keep that in mind when we read these articles about his fall.

Grain of salt, just take it with a grain of salt.

ok good to know. i've twisted my ankles before and once it took over a year to recover. it was me being stupid though. hopefully whatever pain goes away asap for yuzu......

If he had the wind knocked out of him it would probably be hard to get his breath back on the ice.  Go off - inhaler?  - come back and do jumpless run through and re-evaluate after a rest and several bags of ice?

Pointless but irresistible speculation.  :slinkaway:
