Actually... Somebody mentioned a possibly fake video from Sochi that haunted them when the talk of living conditions started. It sounded like a ghost video from Sochi, which I wanted to see, but I was most disappointed because it was not a haunting video from Sochi.

Years ago, I did a school presentation on the city of Oymyakon (or Ojmjakon), where birds would freeze and die mid flight, water would freeze mid air in a split second and if people went out with their coats not properly buttoned and closed, they would die in the span of 5 minutes
