Yes it's right! It's one of their tradition. Usually they announce it weeks before the show but this year they will decide it on the spot (the runner itself doesn't even know yet)

Did they just say that they'll announce it after the cm

It was funny how they did it! All the presenters asking each other who knew who the runner was and no one knew...
