Just an update... Julian Zhi Jie Yee from Malaysia will skate to The Cinematic Orchestra's To Build a Home for his SP. What I can say by listening to it for the first time is this music is quite soothing  .

Great choice! Good for Julian! Why choose all those warhorses over and over again when there are so many beautiful songs in this world!

Uh that's kind of a risky choice but lets see what he makes of it, it's a lovely piece.

(in case you're wondering why

with that as their FS (+Rain, In Your Black Eyes), it was quite something)

Adam Rippon's keeping his Arrival of the Birds LP

Yay! I loved it and will be happy to see him skate it again since he had so few opportunities to last season.

That's good. I like it a lot and, given his track record, I doubt he could come up with something better to replace it.

The skater I'm very curious about is Gracie. It really is now or never for her so I hope she chooses well.

Sui/Han confirmed in an interview that they're going to have new programs for both sp & lp next season.

"They told the interviewer that new programs are made with the goal of OGM in mind. They're very difficult technically, but will be their best/most entertaining programs these years." (http://www.kaixian.tv/gd/2017/0427/322426.html)

I really loved their programs this season and sort of have't had enough of them, since they only started from 4cc. But more new programs is always :yay: !

Thank you for the news on S/H!

I haven't had enough of their programs too, but given they had perfect SP and almost perfect FS (shame about 3S!) performances, it's easier to let these programs go. Can't wait to see new ones.

I'm not very well informed about usual order for Chinese skaters, would we have to wait for GP series or there'd be some show or national competition before GP where they could skate the programs?

Thanks for the updating! Chinese pairs own the record of delivering decent programs constantly
