Well I don't have much hope then.:slinkaway:

I'm sure that once tickets appear on sale someone will bring the link here, so don't give up!

We will meet in Moscow, Megasport arena!!!

I am also not sure how much hope I shall have...  >< Plus I hope they will sell the tickets earlier as I won't have that much time later on to check if they are selling it regularly.

For the first - Visa at the Russian embassy

Yes, right. Thank you!!

I will get a visa hopefully, and go manage it even without having a ticket...better safe than sorry..! I will try getting it through my travel agency... oh well. Better be prepared. I do not know if I will get a visa without travel plan and accommodation, but if it has to be, I will book something inthe hope of getting tickets as well..

Sorry about the fact it's not easy to travel to my country...

In the  worst case, I will spend my first holiday in Russia frustrated without watching figure skating and under different conditions I anticipated :happy0007:

I wanted to go to Russia sometime the next years, quiet, relaxed, going to musuems...not in the panic to get to watch Yuzuru Hanyu!

...wherever live takes us...

As I was looking for info bout visas I have found that there is a site in my country where you can just buy the invitation to Russia and I found this concept a bit funny :POOH:

Practices at CoR aren't usually open right? Or do I confuse something here?

Unfortunately, no, they aren't open. Anything being open and available goes against the grain here, you know...

Museums and galleries will be open and functioning, but I wonder if you'll be able to look at Schliemann's Troy hoards or Vrubel's pictures when Yuzuru Hanyu's skating in the same city at the same time...

Thank you for the information, so I do know I do not have to search for practice tickets.

Honestly, I do not mind visa problems, etc, I just hope I get to watch a tiny part of the cup. And if not, this gives me the incentive to plan my long-delayed holiday in Russia for 2018.

And for figure-skating...there is always Milan as my last hope to see Yuzuru omce more live after Helsinki.
