February 4, 20224 yr Actually when i was reading the live comments and found out nathan skated clean i was certain he would get a wr. thats bc the olympic is usually very generous at giving out wr. seeing how mark and shoma getting high scores made me feel like nathan would def go 112 or 113. but even so i didnt feel as scared as i did back then. i remember feeling so frustrated when he scored 113 at nationals a few years ago my face turned green. but now im just whatever. guess you just sorta get immuned over time. just want the two him and Yuzu to skate clean and if he wins whatever. i just want Yuzu to be satisfied and have no regrets and not be like "oh i lost bc i wasnt perfect..." like no Yuzu its not going to be bc of you trust me eta i remember when Yuzu said he didnt even realize he broke the wr and that he doesnt focus on it. isnt it funny how we defend his wr more than he does?! haha he probably gonna land at beijing any minute and if nathan had broken it at this point he probably would have just shrugged it off
February 4, 20224 yr lol I decided I couldn't watch live because even though Yuzu isn't skating the scoring will probably give me an ulcer. I guess not breaking the Chopin WR means they didn't go totally ham on the GOE, but close to 48 PCS is so inflated. So overall, it doesn't seem to be a worst case scenario for Yuzu wrt to the judging, but also not a great scenario either, which I guess is not entirely unexpected. Guess we wait on protocols now. You all are much nicer than me, lol. I know Yuzu's ideal scenario is to win when everyone is clean, but I'll take Nathan screwing up and Yuzu winning over Nathan due to Nathan's mistakes over Nathan being gifted gold.

Yeah I don't know why they're still doing that. All the crazy (but necessary) precautions and we're still doing the group seating like its just any other (non-covid) OG? Weird.

Click on it and you should get a drop-down menu with multiple languages. The "Ambient Sound" one is the non-commentary stream.
February 4, 20224 yr So I'm not really paying attention in between events but I think I've seen three different Chen ads already?? Definitely need to mute during the breaks. (tbf I'd be doing this anyway but yeesh)

Oh, i definitely don't want Nathan to be gifted gold. I just want Yuzu to win so decisively that Yuzu's antis will be forever shut up.

February 4, 20224 yr lmao my japanese judge here gave Nathan 113, the 2nd highest score. you, my friend, committed treason
