Yeah, that was how one of my acquaintances did it to get the notte stellata watch and Origin. She hit up people able to go in physically and sent over money to them ahead of time.

The audience is so important for a performer. While reviewing Yuzu's competitions before the COVID pandemic, I could feel that he was drawing energy up from the crowd throughout his skating. With Beijing 2022 the vibe is just different.

 

4A in a harness! So now the key is the height or the axis? I believe he can land a perfect Yuzu4A in the future! I hope he'll be the first one to do so in international competitions. (I don't think other skaters are willing to take the risk, haha.)

There had been always a rumor of the video of 4A in a harness at TCC, and we could watch it, finally after maybe 2 years of time.

And there is still another rumor of a video of a quint jump (5T? 5S?) in a harness (the harness coach commented that he did no support at all while Yuzu was jumping).

Come on, we are ready 

 

 

EDIT:  It seemed that he sprained his ankle when he did 5S. He surprised his coach by telling him that he would try 5T.

Maybe invite Ghislain to Japan, I dont think he needs Brian or Tracy too much beyond a skype or two. Brian even stated at Yuzu's level he knows what is needed. But Ghislain could pop over lol

(no need to fill me in, saw it started with the JF thing that I followed on another platform. Gotta say that I love the subtitle tho LMAO)

 

anyway, just yesterday I had updated the Glossary Nessie entry with JNats21 & OWG and now that the harness 4A dropped I gotta edit again LOL

I also wanted to ask: does anyone remember in which video or interview bb Yuzu first mentioned he dreamed of landing 4A  or when he first said Axel was the king of the jumps? I know he mentioned that again in his most recent interview about unrewarded efforts (that I wanna link too)

SAME! I have a huge soft spot for TEB NDP, and always wanted to see more mature Yuzu with upgraded skills try that one again Yuzuru partially realized my wish, now tho I wanna see the whole thing in his CiONTU 2 - Around the World tour (which sadly may stay a dream only, but surely a CiONTU 2 in Japan woudl be feasible at some point, right?)

I must say that I like the slight change of timing for the 3A into camel(instead of sit) spin in the OWG22 practice version. Not sure if it was meant or, after all, he didn't exactly remember all the choreo to the beat XD

 

I remember the episode of his spraining the ankle because of a quint... in FaOI19 we saw him slowly get back his jumps like the previous year and we thought he was still recovering from his RC18 injury, instead it was another injury because he had been entertaining himself with harness and 4A and quints

but if somehow it exists and someone finds it, can they please hit me up so I link it in the Glossary? 👀 no cuz the glossary is also my personal map to Yuzu content so I try to add these quirker things too LOL
