I think it's an abreviation. IIRC the japanese name for Parisienne Walkways is Pari sanpoumichi.

well this is not rare to give nickname to songs that have long name like PW (or Pari Sanpoumichi in japanese)= pari-san /  H&L = hopulega . It's really common for example  with AKB48 there is a song called 'Heavy rotation' , fans called it 'Hebirote'

yeah looked it up again Parisienne Walkways is Pari no Sanpoumichi パリの散歩道 in Japan/Japanese.

I never knew the Japanese name.  So it's "Pari walkstreet"    At least my first thought for Michi is street. I'm wonder why they didn't call it "パリの歩道" (Pari no  Houdou)

well sanpou suru is sth like take a walk and michi is also way not just street.

Yeah, it's just that my first thought is street for michi and walkway/sidewalk for hodou.  It's just my non-fluent quirks kicking in lol.

Saw some fans on twitter referring to Hana ni nare as お花ちゃん. Literally the cutest thing ever
