They share the same practice rink everyday, but we've barely seen them interacting since Jason's arrival at TCC (apart from some group pics). I was so happy to hear in Meryl's interview that they have an eye on each other in practice and talk about skating stuff after the sessions. It would be awesome, if both participated in this year's FaOI tour That would be great. Jason’s comment about Yuzu really warmed my heart You know, I watched his recent Japanese video messages filmed in TCC and found them too smooth. I mean, his Japanese wasn’t that good. I just wondered if some native speaker in the club was overseeing them Link to comment

Never mind The Hangover, here comes Team Cricket Goes Wild... Link to comment

I think he is just 18, from what I know they let people in when they are like 20? And will the bouncer block Yuzu? Because he look so youthful I've been to Vegas. Trust me when I say, you don't need to drink or gamble or be of legal age, to have a crazy, fun time there. I'm actually kind of excited that Skate America will be in Vegas next year. I might not go myself, but I know any satellites who do will have lots of fun. Link to comment

It'll still be fun to see Nathan. It'll still be the beginning of the season so I should be able to catch him before he discards all the choreography. I've actually liked his programs the last couple years before around GPF time. I hope I get to meet some of you guys next season Link to comment

Luckily there's almost always something open in Vegas no matter the hour, so if you still want to go and do some sightseeing or whatnot late night after the competitions it's a definite possibility. I doubt Yuzu will get assigned to Skate America (I'll always kick myself that I missed his own appearance at Skate America in Washington in 2012, it was before my time as a fan), but a girl can dream. The western north America comps are just so much easier to travel to for me, and Vegas is only about a 1 hour flight for me. Link to comment

I'm not that into pairs and dance these days and Yuzu is the only one I obsess over so I'll probably have plenty of time for debauchery. I predict Yuzu will keep Origin so he can focus on 4 axel and have another shot at skating it in Russia and his other pick will probably be NHK provided he places ahead of Shoma at worlds. I hope we get at least one new program next year. I don't get why he always repeats the short instead of the long (except for 2018 of course) but you would think he'd save more time by repeating the free instead of the short. Between the two, I'd rather he keep Origin because we've already seen Otonal skated almost perfectly - though I'm hoping we get to see that last little bit toward perfection at worlds. Plus, I like Jeff Buttle's work more than Shae's so I would love to see a new Buttle masterpiece Link to comment

As for programs, I’m leaning more towards two new programs altogether, so I hope he can skate Origin the way he wants to in Saitama. Link to comment

SuperMin
I think 2 OGMs was probably beyond everyone else’s expectations. I’m glad he feels he can finally skate for himself now. Link to comment

Imagine the cool notions Yuzu could get from watching Cirque de Soleil, for example. Link to comment

Maybe hell will freeze over and Yuzu ends up at Skate America in Vegas so I can see him after the wedding. I'd do the same tbh... I leave you guys with a picture of me, on the right. i miss Yuzu so muuuuch. I am dying to see his beautiful skating </3 at this point it feels like a weird fever dream Link to comment
