Well, judging by his expression, that sure LOOKS like what's he's saying! Thanks! I just noticed too that the toothpaste actually has "White-O" on the package in English.  I wonder why the predominent name wouldn't be in Japanese? I'm pretty sure White-O isn't an American/English brand.  I'm also intrigued that we in the States have toothpaste named "Crest" and "Colgate" and "Aquafresh" and the toothpaste over there is called..."White-O."  I'd actually go for a toothpaste called "White-O." Tells you exactly what it does!

Well, but it is Japanese! Just in Roman letters...aaand now my brain produces two way to interpret the 'o' here - like the fight-O! in the fight call for the sports done in teams (with the number of syllabes and pronounciation it actually does sound similar) or the noun case of 'making/wanting something white(r)' which was used in some other Ad...ok, somebody stop me before I go overthinking a goddamn chewing gum's name xD

Spoiler

Another off topic (kind of), but since I already miss SEIMEI I started playing that Onmyouji mobile game. Main character is actually Abe no Seimei (with Hetalia!England's voice but whatever xD) and music is done by Shigeru Umebayashi, so it helps a little with the missing actual SEIMEI part.

I reacted the same way when I heard that! I also just started flailing around because that's just what I do sometimes and my sister just looked at me and said "What are you doing?" :1:

I would agree.  Former Olympic greats are usually used for the torch lighting.  Muhammad Ali, shaking badly from Parkinson's Disease, did the honors at the '96 Atlanta Olympics and the entire hockey team that took the gold at Lake Placid in 1980 lit the torch at the Salt Lake City games in 2002.  Los Angeles has the 2028 Summer Games.  My bet is that Michael Phelps will do the honors there.  Of course Yuzu's lighting the torch at Sapporo would be contingent that he's retired by then.  If he competes in Beijing and is successful there you can be sure he'll be the one lighting the torch if Japan gets the 2026 games.

Lol I'm 100% sure Yuzu will look exactly the same he does now at 30 :13877886:

By the way, does anyone know where I can find interviews about Yuzu's Vertigo program? I read somewhere that his coach's husband recommended the song  but I haven't seen/read the original source
