Tbh I don't think so, he doesn't have a long history of back issues, because he's naturally flexible + training that flexibility probably on a daily basis... he's still pretty young so I don't see any reason for him dropping it yet c: But of course maybe it requires a lot of effort and he might choose to shift the focus on other elements for his FS... I think that Yuzu's music will not be completely warhorse... but not completely unheard of either. I think that someone in here has already named the artist or the piece of music that Yuzuru will skate to. We just can't know which is it until September 20! More specifically, I'd say that he doesn't care about grammar when he speaks english with Brian or everyone else at TCC or everyday life - when you don't study a language much but still have to practice it, you usually develop your own personal language-model, which is not necessarily grammatically correct, but it works to make people understand you... so I think Yuzuru is able to make everyone understand him in English. But he is self conscious about his grammar and his (probably a little poor) vocabulary, which is understandable, so that's why he tries hard and thinks a lot about his words during English interviews and such. He has to change register. I think studying English is definitely one of the things he will be doing regularily once he becomes pro...

tbh I think it's always true whenever you are studying a language on books, in a "school" way, whereas if you go to a country and practice a new language without grammar study, you will probably speak and listen better than you will be writing or reading... the thing you practice more is the thing you will be better at.

I wouldn't be so sure... next thing you know, he'll be saying in interviews: "Oh yes, I know I have fans all around the world, some have even created a site with my name in it!" Omg now I'm getting greedy and I want Japanese media to mention us

Yup, joining the chorus here... but at least what makes me hopeful is that probably right now, since he's Ninjaing so hard, he's super focused in his new programs, he's polishing, deciding he layout, having fun, refining his ideas, working already on interpretation of the music, listening to the music at night and doing visual practice... and, of course, everything in perfect health. *sweats*
