Where is this camera angle from? I've only seen that moment of Yuzu spreading his arms from the back, both in the OBS feed and the NBC feed. Can I get it without all the junk littering the screen?

I haven't noticed the pose, unfortunately, but wow, watching this was quite an experience. The girl coming out of the well has nothing on those doll-like girls atvaround 9 minutes. That aside, I thought there was supposed to be something about Yuzu on some FS programme today? Was there nothing?

I think I read somewhere that Origin ending pose is actuaaly a reference to Nijinsky the ballet dancer? Googling doesn't return a similar pose though.

Let me give my 10 cents on Misha Ge: Misha is making it sound like the program has absolutely nothing to do with Yuzu. But listening to the song, looking at the costume, it's obvious who Hongyi Chen was inspired by. Just like it was obvious who Yuzu was inspired by when he came out with Notte Stellata.

I've seen it, but it's really blurry and I think the Torino video offers better angles. Somehow I like the Torino one better, I couldn't get into that program in the Nationals vid but I do in the Olympics one.

Here's a decent quality version of Johnny's "Otonal" performance from the Torino Olympicss. I can actually see some similarties between Yuzu and Johnny's skating, especially in the step sequence. I think Yuzu's step seq looks like Johnny's on steroids.

I prefer costumes without a collar because you can see how long his neck is.

Am I the only one not crazy at the idea of a black outfit? Dark colors often don't give a good contrast when a skater is filmed with boards/audience in the background, especially arm movement. Just go and see Patrick Chan's TEB SP... Even Yuzu's H&L was problematic... I want to see all Yuzu's movements well!

Yes to these, especially the latter. Omg, I used to listen to Moldau all the time wheen I was in my classical music phase! It just screams "Yuzu" - it's both R&J dramatic and H&L delicate in places - actually, it's so much Yuzu that he might run a risk of "same old same old" if he did it. Meanwhile, I've been listening to Otonal on loop, music I had been unfamilar with until yesterday, and I'm at the point of completely loving it and worrying about the music cut, and that the music cut will feel weird now that I know the piece in its entirety.
