  1. ...turns out you can vote multiple times (I voted yesterday and also today, before I wrote this comment), so if you can, please vote again...
  2. I must say though, that is one extra microwave (for having music instead of mere bell sound!)
  3. Neko Masamune has also congratulated Yuzu on his birthday . Other than the two time Olympic champion, he also mentioned that he is the first person from Sendai (and Miyagi prefecture) to receive People's Honour Awards HAVE A BLAST INTO YOUR NEW AGE BIRTHDAY BOY!
  4. I guess by now all of the Hundred Acre Wood's residents are welcome to stay (or even move in? ) with Yuzu anytime they wish ...you know, regardless of the availability of each character's plushie
  5. I hope he took one of each plushie type (...and perhaps Piglet as well? Lately some people threw him Piglet too )
  6. I mean, other than the obvious ones (eg. his divine performance, his skating skills, etc.), what I like the most from Yuzu is: 9. His strength, and I definitely don't just mean his physical strength, but also (and more importantly) his mental strength, his indomitable spirit in facing difficulties in his life — what other people his age can only imagine, he can make it real. While it can be daunting to try emulate his mental attitude even just a bit in one's own life, it still ends up giving other people strength, to try just one more time, to do one's best... 10. His attitude, to stay being the most courteous one can be, even when one can justifiably being rough to other people, especially to those who do him wrong in any way. I just....
  7. Well I didn't expect to know this kind of info (you'd never know!) — the joy of being highly interconnected! (Also thanks a ton for this info )
  8. Maybe they meant half human half godzilla
  9. I am relieved to finally get any news from Yuzu. I feel sad, yes, but not that much (I mean, we all saw this coming or at least I do ;p ). I am relieved because at least now we know for certain that he chose to withdraw (no more guessing), and this time I trust that he'll come back in the right time, with the right weapon , into the next battle. It's alright Yuzu, it might be frustrating to not be able to participate in the Final, especially when you want it the most, after a year of missing it, but there's no shame in that (really!). Now while you rest, have fun in things you weren't able to when you had to focus on the competition (eg. you know, games etc. 😏). We can wait for you...
  10. I admit it, I will still feel sad when I hear his withdrawal notice from GPF in the coming days, but I have anticipated that since the aftermath of his free skate back in Rostelecom I will try at least :'/. While I realize that there is this meagre probability of Yuzu's condition being good enough, hence still going to GPF, I am trying not to hold onto it — happy if he can really make it, resigned if he cannot (though I should be more relieved anyway, since he needs all the time to properly recover, and to polish things further along). Until today I still speculate that, if his condition is actually still good enough, he might prioritize going to GPF rather than Nationals (after all GPF is an international competition), then pull back to recover and eventually prepare for Worlds (skipping Nationals) though if I could suggest it to him I'd like it if he considers going to 4CC as a warm-up comp (is that possible? ... alright, maybe not, lest some antis riot again). That being said, all this speculation is a part of that slim probability I wrote earlier in this comment, so I am also not counting on his situation to unfold the way I thought of it. However it could be, I only wish that all that happens to him is the best possible thing that happens. Here's to Yuzu having the best possible outcome in these tough times
  11. ....after looking at that video, I miss Kikuchi san as well
  12. Such a sweet man , another reason why I love Jason
  13. ....and here I am imagining Yuzu thinking about getting CRISPR on his right ankle to make the muscle cells regenerate at a lightning speed rate.... ....anyway I am no medical professional either, I don't know how feasible it is to perform that procedure on your ankle (the procedure described is performed on the knee). But who knows, Yuzu might have considered this option as well...
  14. I am definitely not blaming him for that, if I were in his position I would definitely do the same thing
  15. But his arms weren't that muscular yet in that pic! Ha, exactly my age! Though it isn't like I have chances with him to begin with anyway....
  16. His arms have gotten quite muscular, I admit I wouldn't really suspect that....
  17. Tbh, I really think that this would really be the case . Once the trigger is on Brian and Ghislain would realize that reigning him down is futile, and they could only watch by the rinkside, hoping for the best..... I, of course, hope that he would land it perfectly and that Nessie doesn't affect his body in any way
  18. I think the tweet is pretty self-explanatory already. If you rotate up to 180° still on the ice when you launch into an Axel, the forces acting upon your body would make you flop face down, instead of launching into the air. It just shows how the mechanics of Axel jump is different from other jumps (which are launched backwards)
  19. I tried watching their recap video once and I simply wasn't interested to watch them until the finish — they talk too much, even the timestamp didn't help, since they'd be yapping their gobs till they finally got to the point of the matter which happens in like, what.... 15 decades?? :v while I know they were notorious for not liking Yuzu I couldn't even bear them when they talked about other skaters (like say, when they talked about Karen Chen.... ). I have little patience for people who are needlessly, excessively talkative to put it nicely, especially when heaps of lies are added on it — such types of people land into my bad book right away. No amount of base expletives even rightly describe what their attitude and actions are like in the fandom.... Also, to finish this comment on a lighter note — do yourself a favor — block the skating liars if you happen to be in the same SNS you are with them (eg. twitter, instagram, what else?), if you are browsing youtube on the mobile app whenever you see their video pops up in your recommendation tab, tap the option, pick "do not recommend this video", but don't stop at that. You can give feedback and pick "stop recommending this video from (channel name)" in the feedback options. I did that, and it made my browsing experience better ever since.
  20. ....really? Oops I didn't know that ...if not that, then Caruso... I guess? Please don't tell me that Plushy also has skated to that as well lol nvm anyway 😅😅
