before he took off his jacket, we did wonder why he had black glitter on his butt.....still, at least not janitor outfit.

the parachute opened early.....but otherwise was okay.

his main issue on the.axels were the in–air axis being off, a bit more tilted than normal. That would lead to the problematic landing, not necessarily just fatigue, and Yuzu usually does not fight for his landings as much as other men....kiches and I were theorizing that he has been. practicing 4A so his 3A is off....

guys, chill, he mainly messed up his first several jumps, his later jumps were nice. Also, there were a lady or two who had flashes on when taking photos, I wonder if he noticed....if it is truly fatigue, it will take longer to recover, but it is not life–threatening. Just trust his team knows what they are doing.

true, my initial reaction was overpractice since the strain to the right knee is less likely to be caught immediately, more like something that would be felt after a couple days and takes a longer resting period to recover. So I hope it is not overpractice...

worst part, it's his landing knee. It gets enough pounding from jumping alone, but both flip and lutz use the right leg to vault up, so wondering which was the main culprit. Wonder if the pain is more jump fatigue pain on the kneecap from overtraining, or more pain from banging his knee on the ice....

Eh, I actually like that shirt-combined with the jacket, it makes his neck appear to be of a normal length... As for the media, it's nice that they are doing a show on what he has managed to accomplish and overcome, which makes him sound so much more admirable once you consider what he faced. It's a nice turn from the "rivals" angle that's being peddled elsewhere.

as a crazy fanyu who actually skates, the salt tends to get sky high. I still do not get why I have to prove I like other skaters too if I criticize their technique, it gets tiring, like people cannot imagine it possible to like more than one skater, or to like a skater despite their flaws.... @yuzuuu: wait what? how does that logic work?

Which makes one wonder if the US pr machine is actually after Shoma...he is the main rival of Nathan both this cycle and the next.

Yep....probably play Nate's strategy and just add the 4Lz later on. His layout regardless is more stable than Nate's yolo style. If he goes consistent with a 4Lz, then it's just him at the top, and Shoma and Nate battling it out for the remaining spots. I'm not sure right now where Boyang falls, but it's highly possible Boyang would add pressure to Nate and Shoma
