Oh I love those ideas for costumes, especially the last one. All black with lots of bling/lace/sparkle seems like such a great way to bring out his lines. But one of his Olympic costumes has to be blue. No way around it.

Yeah, at 0.26 on this video you see him going into the 4Lz. Seems like the same entry as his 3Lz in the FS, with very short setup.

I wonder if it wouldn't be easier, if he were to do a SP with 4Lz, to maintain the 4S3T there since he's already doing it in the FS. Unless he goes for a 4Lo3T in the FS. Well, the YH Facebook group has over 11k members, so we're still far from that. Get to working, people!

This might be a bit messy while people settle in and the mods work on the forum kinks but it's also the off season so not many Yuzu news that might get lost.

The Control panel has a board settings feature and one of the options there is to enable notification of replies. I turned it on but haven't been quoted yet to check if it works. Edit: As is happens, this doesn't seem to have done much in terms of notifying you through the inbox here, only through email, and it's in general: as in, when someone replies to the thread, it warns you. It doesn't notify you of direct quotes of your own posts.

I suggest maybe pining the link to that Google safe site and asking people to mark this forum as a safe site there, so we stop having so many warnings in here. And pining the GENERAL NEWS AND UPDATES on the Media subforum, before it gets lost in there. :smile

Basically probably due to the immediate and heavy activity on this forum, Google/anti-virus/whatever browser flagged this site as unsafe (due to suspected phishing or other things). People are being given warnings when trying to access the forums and/or the Control Panel.

No wonder Google freaked out. Can't access my Control Panel since today due to unsafe site.

I've noticed while browsing through the media thread both dead links (which I guess I won't use) and some non-directly related things to Yuzu (like pictures of the rink where a competition will take place taken by a fan). I'm not sure if we're meant to save all of these from past competitions? And adding to this, there's also twitter and fan reports that aren't directly relevant now (like first day arrivals and details on the venue). How to deal with all of these? Still add them and then we'll see?

I have no idea who did the original for this, but I got it from someone (I forgot who now) when we were talking about lockscreens on our cellphones back in the old FF. I saved this one for future use in my phone but ended up loving it so much that when I was thinking of an avatar for the forum, this jumped at me immediately. All credit to the creator, which I'll add to a signature if I find out who made it!

I for one am ready for all the Warhorses, just as long as it's not Yuzu skating to the more well-known ones. I haven't been a fan of FS long enough to be sick of them so I don't mind. Except Romeo+Juliet, which I heard like a dozen times this season so am ready to not have to ever again.

I've stated my preferences before but aside from a particular mom-made costume in his first senior season, I tend to like all his costumes because his build and his features sell anything to me. Chopin is indeed still my favorite, the first iteration by GPF/Worlds/WTT, with more blue on the shirt, being my absolute favorite. I think I really loved how the belt in that outfit really emphatized how svelte he is and his lines in that costume with that program... Absolutely my aesthetics to a T. Notte Stellata is basically my favorite EX costume, and then Etude/H&L (they're very similar but even though I used to love Etude more, I've come to really appreciate the tones in H&L this later season a lot more; helps there's some amazing HQ pictures of it) plus Seimei come next. Though, to be honest, my order of favorite costumes depends a lot on the day of the week. There's times I'll fangirl over his RJ2 costume just because I loved the detail on it, the white lace and the way it fitted his waistline (boobskirt notwithstanding)!

I wonder if we could have it in gif form and just rotate from serious to silly. I mean, Yuzu is a man who can do both and all.

Thank you so much for posting this here. I'd never actually seen/read this interview before. It's always amazing to see how articulate he was in his interviews even at 16 (in the middle of a lot more giggling). In a less serious note, we're all the lady announcer: 'legs for days!'

Is anyone working on a banner for the forum? I haven't worked in graphics in a while but if no one's doing one, I could try and cook something up on GIMP. I'd just need to know the size. Let me know if that's needed.

Not directly related to this site but it might be a good idea to unpin most if not all the topics on the temporary forum that are not the announcement of the new site to facilitate finding that post. And if possible, make it the 'latest news' that appears on top of the forum: right now the latest news are about purple eggplants....:D

I thought it was more my inability to find an option in the settings than an actual forum setting the mods needed to change. Probably why I didn't think to go to Suggestions but I'll go there next time.

These threads take very few posts before they change pages for me. Any way to increase the number of posts per page on a thread? I've tried searching in the settings but couldn't find it.
