Super Adorable Cute Yuzuru Hanyu Moments! by 七柒NANA (ORIGINAL) This one always makes me smile. The first 4 seconds are so well timed. Yuzuru Hanyu 【MAD】Empire of angels Definitely one of my favorites. And 'Empire of Angels' by Thomas Bergersen is so epic. Yuzuru should try skating to this music.

I guess that's the first one that will come to people's minds when talking about Yuzuru :s_yes I also like: 'I hate it when I’m weak. But, being weak gives me the potential to become strong.' I love his words and most of these I found from translations online. I wish I could read or understand more Japanese for more pieces of wisdom.

I love Satoko Miyahara. She's so delicate and her layback spins are to die for. The only thing she needs is better jumps. However, Mai Mihara is slowly stealing my heart <3 Btw, I do follow skaters from other nationalities, it's just that the two of them happen to be Japanese :wink: I used to love Irina Slutskaya a lot ^^

From what I got, he's apparently going to visit an old friend (a musical piece) for the SP. He says it won't be the exact same music but only re-using part of it. The LP is also a Spanish piece but not a traditional piece. He says they have chosen a very famous character so people can recognize what he's doing what he is skating about.

I kind of got worried when he fell after the jump since he could have injured himself. Yuzuru, please take care of yourself this year if you're doing ice shows

My eyes were glued to the screen when I saw him descending with her. And I will not be tired of saying how much I loved their entry to the death spiral :thumbup: Vanessa James is so gorgeous! I love seeing women skaters wearing unitard/catsuits instead of the usual dresses (nothing against it but it's just different).

Really ? I loved their SP... it was sexy (hot, even) and the 50 shades theme suited well their rocky relationship. Haha... I guess for me it had the opposite effect. But the LP was probably one of my favorites this season ^^

I would like to have his Chopin1.0 costume... like the one I have in my avatar... at least the sparkles, the rhinestones and the ombre effect... haha!

Deniss has room for improvement obviously but can already see his artistry... and Lambiel-style spins haha. Nevertheless, I'm really happy that Latvia has a good skater. No matter how much I like skaters from the more prominent nations, it is so nice to see skaters from a whole range of other countries. Regarding James/Cipres, I absolutely loved their LP this season. The song was perfect, the mood created throughout those 4+ minutes, and the extra details, like the entry to the death spiral, the last descending lift, a few 'ice dance type' of lifts. BUT, their SP this season was a no-no for me. It just did not work out for me. And Fifty Shades as theme :problem:

I can accept at most three tanos/rippons in one program, that's it. One for me is more than enough :rofl: And I agree with Danibellerika... Rippons definitely look better. I know Satoko does one in her jump combination and it is so quick it did not bother me LOL

That is actually a huge issue in FS at the moment. I believe Yuzu wanted to introduce new quads or increase the number slowly throughout the years but suddenly the young guns are all putting all their arsenal to display and this not only affects artistry, but also a whole range of skaters who can't afford to add so many quads in their programs. Yes, this is the era of quads but it could slow down a bit. :crybaby:

Although the Tanos and Rippons increase GOE and such, aesthetically speaking, they are not pleasing to me at all. I hope the young girls won't all follow that path.
