Rajicova has WD from both her assignments. This possibly opens up a place for Eunsoo.

Oh ok that is great to see Brendan with a 2nd assignment. Tbh he should have just gotten one right off the bat but it's fine now.

Yay, I'm happy for them and looking forward to seeing them in Helsinki!

Jorik Hendricks has withdrawn. Kevin Reynolds got his SA assignment.

Maybe Junhwan can get the other one? I'd love to see him, but for him it'd mean back to back events. But maybe still Rostelecom?

Reynolds and Chartrand got the SA assignments, instead of Jorik and Rajicova.
I won't comment because it really won't be pretty.

Anyway, what's left is the spot Rajicova had in Helsinki but Helsinki also has a TBD so maybe Jun can get that one. And of course Eunsoo in the exact same boat, they're both being skipped over.

@Moria Polonius The late Denis Ten was supposed to be at CoR so the thing is, we don't know right now if they will actually fill that one or leave it open.

It makes sense, with the 11 spots at Rostelecom. If Finland offered Junhwan a spot, do you think he'd decline, seeing as it's right after SC? SC is quite convenient for Junhwan, only a short trip away, so perhaps he wouldn't be tired enough to decline. Can skaters even decline, though?

Yes, you can decline but he forfeits the possibility of two spots then. I think he'll say yes no matter what.
Which is why this situation is so unfair. The SA spot should have been his; he is the one who is ahead on the list, not Reynolds. Meh.

At least they didn't already tell him his PCS won't exceed 35 for the SP until he switches countries?

Wait what? Did they say it to someone?

No... Just an attempt at looking at the bright side.
