Nope. They did 3Twist and 3FTh and 3STh.

I'm so happy for S/M  their fs is so amazing, and Aliona fought so much for that gold, and for so long! Bruno  for being able to shake off the mistake in the sp, I'm really so happy they could make it! I'm only sad S/H made that mistake  they deserved gold so much too  I really hope they can keep skating and be injury-free for the next olys, because they are already so great now, imagine what they can become 

Congrats to D/R, they really earned that bronze, all clean performances across TE and individuals, kudos to them! (Also,  thank you for saving my predictions)

And sad again for T/M  that fs is such a missed opportunity, but they will get much better, I'm looking forward to that! J/C too! They need go learn how to deal with pressure (like in Euros, when they were in first after sp but had troubles with the fs), next years will be exciting

but I wish S/K can get a medal at Worlds,  it will be their last competition and after being left out of Olys I really want them to have at least that

And I'm very pleased M/H are in top 6. I mean,  top 6 at olys with 3 perfect programs  I love them! And it's amazing that Valentina skated in ladies in Sochi and now she cracked top 6 in pairs. She and Ondrej really clicked, they are always so entertaining to watch

The fake fan that I am , I somehow slept through my alarm...

And had a dream where S/H won   

Very happy for Alyona and Bruno, their free skate had me in tears, that was beautiful... 

Oh...S/H...  Nerves? So sad they were not clean this time....At least they lost to Alyona, so... I can live with that

Also, I just realised it was Savchenko's former partner that was in the Kiss&Cry with T/M waiting to see whether she would finally get the Gold. Whew.

I was surprised to read that Aljona and Bruno won. I watched the competition this morning, but had to go to work right after Sui/Han's skate, i didn't even saw their scores. Congrats to the germans, i love that program 

Still mesmerized about Aljona´s and Bruno´s free. Because of that jewel super program they took the victory. Congrats also for the choreographers! Former ice dancers like Christopher Dean and John Kerr make incredible programs for pairs. Kerr did them also for Meagan/Eric and Vanessa/Morgan.

I'm so happy! The perfect result of my dreams! Aliona got her golden ending. She's a skating goddess. Yes, there is some sadness for Sui and Han, but we are still on a journey with them that will hopefully end in gold as well. Meagan's good sportsmanship is legendary. Her heartfelt congratulations to Aliona and joy at Mirai's 3A were beautiful moments. Not to mention her throw 4S!

 

The three medal winning teams leave a great legacy in pairs skating. Love it, hate it, or dismiss it, they are aware of their strengths and craft their material to showcase them. I hope Tarasova and Morosov do the soul searching they need to reach the same level with their programs. To me they seem much earlier in their development than the top 3, despite their strong technique.
