And unlike many people's beliefs... skaters don't hang out with each other outside of competition much. I remember at Skate Canada 2015, Yuzuru didn't go out to eat with team Japan (including Kanako being there) after the competition ended. Even if Satoko is at Toronto, there is little chance she might see Yuzuru.

So no chance at all for her meet Yuzuru Regarding Yuzuru didn't go out to eat together with Team Japan, it's understandable though how tight his schedule even after competition with all those interview. He also don't want others Team Japan skater's bother with media or his fans if he join them. It's same when Miki said he never go out to eat together after ice show.
