The lady is an retired Dutch figure skater, and Jeroen Prins is also a retired figure skater, but apparently he was already a judge before his twenties, or so says the wikipedia page. He's an ISU judge, tech controller with men, ladies and Pairs, as well as an ISU referee. He does know his stuff. He just doesn't seem to remember any of Yuzu's programs.
