It's not only me in Russia complaining about the choppy stream though - there are some other people too. The wifi worked perfectly for other JGP events...

That is weird, I guess I should be thankful I have a working stream  

My stream also gets frozen every several seconds (Israel)... I guess it doesn't depend on the country
