Yes, yes, the way they sell the dish is so different. In Italy, like in the US (I think), accent is put on the cook, the cook's internal drama and the competition among cooks. Here, there is only space for food! It's quite mesmerizing 

I like the last music before cms  better suited for cooking than LOTR imo
