March 1, 20233 yr @Anni This part: "That is why, by making the story, and to have program viewed as a piece within that story, wondered what kind of things you all would receive. That was what I was thinking while configuring the show." from that interview stoood out to me. I really feel like Yuzu wove all those disparate progams into a complete and seamless whole that told a story of its own.

March 1, 20233 yr For now, I would settle for a DVD / Blue-Ray containing only GIFT, but long-term, I would love to have an album of Yuzu ice shows since he turned professional, including Prologue, GIFT, Notte Stellata and who knows what comes next... I could not attend the shows as an oversea fanyu, but I am willing to pay for a legal way to stream them many times afterwards.

He appears with his back to the viewers on the background of the text in white letters that contains a beginning of his bio in English Wikipedia, starting from the word "born..." iirc.
March 1, 20233 yr Still haven't processed all my impressions from the show, it was so overwhelmingly beautiful - I'm 'a bit' (read: quite a lot) sleep-deprived like many of us, I suppose, all for the same wonderful reason: watching GIFT over and over again For now, just another thought on the HUGE HANDS: Those HH look almost exactly like the position of Yuzu's hands in the final pose of Firebird (when he spread his wings and his arms are horizontal) and also in the first seconds of Rondo. There are probably many more possible interpretations of those HH - unless Yuzu reveals what his thoughts were on this, we might never know which one is 'correct' - maybe all of them; perhaps it's intended that everyone should interpret it according to their own thoughts and impressions.

While we're on that topic: the way the hands are lit with green and then red as the SEIMEI music starts, makes them look like they're casting a spell, so at that point maybe they represent SEIMEI's hands, because he's an onmyouji. Really, they're very hardworking hands and I think they represent quite a lot of different things throughout the show. Also, if you look at the proportions of them - they're not random hands. I wonder if they were designed based on Yuzu's hands.
March 1, 20233 yr Watching the show one last time and I have to say: It's a masterpiece. I personally love the ending freestyle skate the most, where he put all his might into it, full of expression and passion. Seeing him skate like this, I am really glad he left the competition circle so he can express himself in the best way he knows: no rules, no limitations - only the sky is the limit, and even then, Yuzu - FLY. Just music, the ice and him. That's enough to move the hearts of millions.

I think they are a part of his pose from Masquerade? It appears on the screen during POTO, around 2:02:30 GC (and that's a brilliant, dramatic sequence of animation and music imo): the animated drawing on the screen connects both baloon hands with his masked head and the rest of his body visible on the ice. I suppose then, that the hands were either scanned in the studio where he made this pose (most probably) or recreated from some old recordings.

I mean, he's on the ICE!!! And in general, throughout this program he managed to achieve the impression of being wild and the effect of a completely loose body, while maintaining perfect balance and full control of his gestures and steps. Love this guy! I love the energy of Ashura-chan! It's such a fun performance. Yuzuru, please release a behind-the-scenes dance cut. Or a dance tutorial I can dream, right?
