Odds are if Kamila was doing it, Anna was as well but just didn't get caught. Sasha also, though there's a couple of minor things pointing to the idea that maybe she wasn't (various rumors, her consistency not dropping when she moved to Plushenko unlike everyone else who has ever left Eteri, apparently her father has been publicly critical of doping).
