[2022] Winter Olympic Games (04.02-20.02) - Practice, Fluff and all the In-betweens

No matter whether there are 10 people or thousands of people watching him, he always gives his best.

Between his practices and Kaori and Wakaba being pure sunshine yesterday Team Japan seems to be on a mission to restore the general public’s faith in the FS community.  Good contrast to the nastiness emanating from a gaggle of bitchy mostly NA ex skaters loudly giving their opinions in the media, and the unspeakable arrogance of certain Russian coaches.

Was wondering how he could skate all the things he did with music, but it looks like he had the rink to himself, so he could do what he wanted...I love how much joy and fun he seems to have🥰.

But WHY can't they stream these practices somewhere for the whole world to see😭....

For me, the most stunning thing is that he managed to skate 9 program segments with jumps and emotional commitment and yet not looking too tired at the end.

At CiONTU he was completely exhausted after 3 programs.

That "not good" comment on his ankle which "needs more time" made me a little worried. But his happy face also tells me that he needs these practices for himself too.

A more complete version of his interview:
