February 9, 20224 yr I would love for Yuzu to start his own YT channel or go into acting, but judging by his personality I don't find that very likely... I'm not sure if he would be into coaching either (has he ever mentioned this?) since he's such a hermit, but he would still do shows, right?

February 9, 20224 yr I don’t know why I bother to read through this thread today, maybe deep down I’m a masochist, who knows And for someone who doesn’t do rollercoaster, I sure like it at an emotional level huh

Is there? I know it's happened at other competitions, don't know about Olympics. Donovan skated his SP again at Four Continents at some point, iirc. At other competitions it would be kind of unfair if a different program were expected, given that a lot of skaters simply won't have one prepared (choreographing a program is expensive and time consuming, after all), but is it different for the Olympics?

But honestly, he seemed a little out of mind today in general and it was a more "let-out-all-frustrations" kind of situation. If he is injury-free and goes for 4Loop and lands it (with squeaky clean free skate), he has a chance for silver. It will depends on what he wants: medal or attempting 4A. If he changes to 4Lo and does a perfect clean and the last group mucks up under pressure then he even has chance for Gold too. If the last group fall under pressure like Patrick Chan in 2014 then 3 OGM is definitely possible.

Never in my life i would have thought yuzu(most likely) not medal at his (most likely) last olympics. But i guess better days are coming. I trust him. Tame and land that 4A yuzu. If not here, somewhere else. Then, take your final bow and walk away (competitively). Then open your own personal sns and yt channel coz god knows how much i wanted to see yuzu's daily vlog, what i eat in a day and skincare routine.😊😍 Youtube? Yes please! Even if I don't know if it's in his personalities (and the comment section should always be closed) but it would have more followers and views than all ISU videos put together. He actually could make a living out of YT. 29 minutes ago, Neenah said: Watching the video of the practice, it is obvious that he hurt his ankle. How bad is the injury remains to be seen. In the end it is his decision on what to do about it. I hope he withdraws if it is bad or can get worse by skating the free. If not, I will pray for his well being and that he at least give a performance he is satisfied with in this situation. Since I saw Reddit mentioned here I feel I should warn those who haven't been there before that the FS Reddit hates fanyus. There is a "Fanyus are awful" discussion in every competition time and there are users who have nothing better to do than look for the worse examples of behaviour from our fandom to share there to criticise the entire fandom. Thanks for the advice, Twitter is bad but if you block certain people it's manageable, and I've never been there so I won't ever, now. 24 minutes ago, Harutolama said: I think maybe if the injury is too bad Yuzu might try out the 4Lo jump layout... When he hurt his ankle in Russia, didn't he took away the loop because it was too hard on the ankle? and same in PC.

That means he should pop at least 2 jumps and mess few other stuffs.

February 9, 20224 yr I have no faith that everyone will keep safe distance at the gala so I’d prefer him not to go. I think he’ll do LMEY - he has the new costume for it.

Esp since they apparently wore the exact same jumpsuit in an earlier event. I hope multiple law disputes or lawsuits are opened tbh. These athletes dedicate their lives to their sports and the olympic committee just shrug at that dedication as if it’s a joke
