Seems a TV station asked Team Sirius and confirmed Yuzu's Channel is not monetized.

 A russian amateur photographer took many photos of Yuzuru from 2010 on and uploaded them on flickr.

Unfortunately her Pro Status there will expire next year and most of the photos will be deleted.

It's very unusual for a brand new YT channel to monetize right off the bat, though. Yuzu's a special case but usually it takes time before your channel qualifies to be a YouTube partner and can monetize
