Injury and boot issues... then it's a good thing he withdrew from Asian Open. Hope he gets better and fixes the boot issues. Good thing it's still early in the season. Praying for him to stay healthy.

I've done some snooping on Naver

My korean isnt great and I just scanned articles so I might come back to correct myself later when i actually attempt to read these articles properly but:

- Junhwan has been having pain in his hip and possibly both ankles. could be related to training 4lo

- June-Hyeong will go on to Nebelhorn to try to get an olympic spot for men, he will need to come 6th to get an olympic spot for korean men

- June-Hyeong mentioned possibly upgrading his layout for Nabelhorn and improving his 3A. Mentioned training a 4F but I doubt he's gonna add it tbh whatever he's thinking of to boost him BV for Nebelhorn I hope is not as risky as adding a 4F... He mostly just said he wants to get his 3A higher and more stable.

- Junhwan's injuries do not seem to be serious, but bothersome enough to affect his performance. I'm hoping the injuries and the boot issues as fixed for GP series.

Aww Jun Hwanie... He looked so crestfallen.

Just get a bit of rest soon and hope he recovers quickly from his injuries.

Could the boot problems be the cause of his injuries?

Not really... seems like he trained 4Lo a little bit too hard ...

Is he also doing the 4Lo??

Hope he takes it easier in the coming weeks...

Poor Junhwan. Rest up and don't think about competitions for now. Think about your health. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Noo....

Nebelhorn Trophy is in two months...

Since he didn't place 1st in the qualification event, he won't need to participate in the Nebelhorn Trophy.

Still though, without the injury he could've been the one to attend.

Hoping he has a quick and speedy recovery.
