My stream and the planet access broke just when Yuzuru finished his FS. When it came back, I had to catch up with a dozen pages and but meanwhile had taken the opportunity to buy tickets for World Championships. Yuzu, thank you very, very much! No Christmas feeling for me this year, but watching/reading of/listen to you the past days and among dear fellow satellites was a huge gift. Thanks everyone! I guess we need some more hours or days to recover, right?

Congratulations to the Olympic representatives! At the press conference: I had to laugh when the camera showed first Yuzuru's fist, then Shoma's too long sleeve, and then Yuma's side glance to Yuzu. So meaningful!

Does anyone now in which TV interview they showed Yuzu a hologram of his potential 4A? Where he says that the increase of the height they calculated is only his hair length?

Hm, I DO recognize the delicacy he was aiming for with the music, both in his skate and in the costume. The intensity doesn't contradict this delicacy. The costume will grow on me.

How came that nobody is talking about his waist? Definitely a plus of the new costume. Another thing I loved in today's performance: In the first part the audience was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

I disagree on this one. Rondo Capriccioso doesn't fit Otoñal programm for me. You did a great job though! Yuzuru skating to lyrical piano music is a perfect match and hence, the character of both pieces is similar (in your edit), his flow, soft mouvements and musical breathing (hope you know what I mean) fit both. But he underlines so many musical details that, for me, Otoñal doesn't work with another music than Otoñal. I 'm not speaking about the big accentuations we see in (almost) everyone's interpretations, but Yuzuru's ability to for example increase movements to musical highlights even though it's not a jump (White legend 2021), or to do casually some easy steps exactly to the rhythm (first four steps of Olympic PW), or his mastery of final pose absolutely on point. Otoñal as a more quiet one is full of subtle, very musical movements. I love it, and maybe I just can't seperate the music from the performance. So for me: only new SP of Yuzuru to new Rondo Capriccioso cut.

Surely, world has changed since then. If only he can go there and have fun!
