Regarding ice time, since Yuzu recently said he has been focusing on training 4A I assume that means he has to be on ice? Since I’m not sure it’s possible to train 4A without ice? Although one thing that I’ve been so curious about all this time is whether Yuzu has been using inline figure skates (basically rollerblades adapted to have a rocker and “toepick” like figure skates, and the boots are the same as the ones on ice skates), since many many figure skaters started using them during to train without ice, including myself and @yuzuangel ! Here you can see Javi is rollerblading on inline figure skates: Regarding Doraemon, haha not sure why he is a celebrity but he and his sister did congratulate Yuzu on his Pyeongchang win!! At about the 6:04 mark

This is my favourite Haru yo koi performance from Yuzuru. I don’t know why but this makes me miss something, or someone that I don’t even know. Yuzu really making me feel emotions I never knew I could feel :’)

Marko is such a fanboy! I thought it was Yuzu at first glance in the first video lol, he even knelt down to touch the ice like Yuzu did in Pyeongchang XD He must watch Yuzu A LOT, even in the second video I don’t know why but the way he bent down to pick up the Pooh and then skated away felt very Yuzu-like

Recently I am kinda worried for Yuzu... like Roman was so upset when Skate Canada was cancelled most likely Yuzu is training regularly back in Japan now, but it must be hard trying to pace himself when he doesn’t know when his next competition is, whether the season will even happen, or when he can even go back to Canada

Hmm, but him traveling in Canada wouldn’t cause much commotion if he didn’t tell anyone right? Like if he were in Japan or China where he is wildly popular people would recognize him in public, but in North America and Europe I don’t think much of the general public would know him unless they watch figure skating? After all, figure skating is a niche sport and not many people know skaters... But I understand why he would not want to travel around even if not for the fear of being recognized, I’m personally not that fond of traveling either.

Omg I’ve never seen his choreo before? Does anyone have videos? Who did he choreograph for??

Hmm after retirement I think he will still be involved in skating one way or another! Maybe a coach, maybe a choreographer, maybe a performer, maybe all of the above! He will surely be an amazing performer, and an amazing choreographer given his artistry, creativity and ability to connect with the music. But I’m not too sure about coaching! I’m not saying I think he will be bad at coaching, but I’m saying I can’t be sure because being a great skater doesn’t automatically make one a great coach. Nevertheless I just want to support him on the rest of his journey, wherever his competitive and post-retirement career takes him On a side note, chanced across this super cute old video again!! I’m still a bit ??? at why he didn’t answer the question XD
