I'm going to have to guess this will be his only tattoo (other than the 7). He's no JK. And where are all the members? Why would Tae fly back to SK? It isn't even the end of August and the max amount of time they've had with all seven is maybe a week, two at most. It seems very disorganized and random (though I understand why Jin went to Korea - but not why he hasn't returned to LA). I'm going to guess that Tae has some product promotional thing and will go back to LA. JK's birthday is Monday so I hope they do a Live then and that all members are present. I actually find it unsettling to have one or two members flying off and not being with the others. How can they "feel" like a group if they aren't spending time together? But I also think that the intention is to be in LA for a while, recording - and I kind of presume working on some choreo. Son Sung-deuk is based in LA now and may be busy, but he'll be involved with their new stuff. ("Lumpens" -- their best MV director, is also LA based- I think both he and Son will be involved in, at least, the first new song that comes out)

Oh, Hobi .... But Tae! Looking fine but a little overwhelmed over all. Professional baseball players are big guys. Not basketball big/tall, but bigger than your average American regular guy. Tae looked a tad bit lonely and then his face lit up when he saw Ohtani. (who is 6'4" - and only a year and a half older than Tae) I thought he threw really well for someone who is not a ball player at all and did seem a bit more comfortable when he wasn't sitting all alone in the dugout. I thought he did much better than most, and looked better doing it.

I'm just posting a "great job" to his team, getting him ind and (hopefully) back out of Korea. They must be using private aircraft- again, I wonder i they are flying into Japan on commercial and then private to Korea. Flying one member (and his bodyguard) on a private jet was be crazy expensive. On the other hand, we know they nabbed and charged the employees, etc, sho were leaking their flight info. Such a beautiful ad thoughtful translation, The Weverse and other translations miss all nuance and hope. Namjoon is okay. He's just being Namjoon - very deep and self-reflective, but not negative at all.

This is a far better translation than the on on Weverse. HIs reference to all the different colors - I know he's referring to the members, who were able to explode their colors during their solo endeavors. It must seem both illuminating and confirming for him because he has known them all so long - it's not like they aren't, individually, who he sonet all those years with. I this there must be grappling, for all the members, and particularly the ones who do most of the writing, with how to synthesize all this. It's so clear to Namjoon as it is to us that they will be something different than what they were, and what will that be? It has been nearly three years since the concert in Busan. I'd love it if they watch who they were. Watch some live performances and soak up that special chemistry. I'm really grateful that they are spending this time together, semi-isolated, but it would be nice for them to have a week of no work, a week of doing things together and truly getting to reacquaint. But they probably don't feel like they have they time. So anxious to get work done.

I can't get enough of this post. The fact that they are holding hands to jump waves is so indicative of how close they still are. And goofing around. They may be older but they are still like brothers. Also - with all the music they are listening to posts - it reminds me of how, when they were trainees, they all listened to all kinds of music and the younger ones were exposed to genres they knew nothing about. True - Jin would NEVER wear that tank top JK has on, no matter what it cost. Neither would Tae. Those two are always nicely dressed. And, yes to Jimin!!! Appropriate beach wear, though I think he was getting cold as the sun went down. It sounds like they have a fairly regimented schedule- not unlike what they did 10 years ago, but with a lot more perks (the gym, the "auntie" making dinner, deluxe accommodations). Observation: how much money was spent on, or cost someone, for that tank top JK is wearing? It looks like it's about 10 years old and was run over by a shredder. Hobi has the same short son he wears alot and wore for practices and run throughs on his tour - he lobes those shorts. Seriously though- is ripped and worn the new style for t-shirts or tank tops? I stand corrected on the tattoo on Jimin's neck.... Who was hitting TXT members? That sounds awful. What do they mean my "hit"? Has anyone in BTS ever alluded to physical punishment for not getting a chorea quickly enough? I have thought that any "punishment" they may have had would be a change in how much food they were provided, or extra time (and no sleep) in the studio. That one manager was fired. The Live wa chaotic and fun. OT7. OMG - loved it. Less than 8 minutes, but enough to let us know they are well and healthy and all together. One clip that catches them being them (and Namjoon asking for No war. Peace.) And one of Jimin with - I didn't know this - a new tattoo, of JK's symbol. Love.

Wow - just wow! (also -why?) The big difference between this and an insane JK Live is that JK was at home. Soobin is not at home. He was at Hybe. I am not going to watch the whole thing but scrolled (I'm so lazy) and noticed that no one else walked in. Members messaged to request specific songs but this insanity was all his. Wow.

Indeed - it's very un-Korean to be so tan and we know that's not real, but it makes me happy for him that he knows he is attractive - I just looked at Ticketmaster for the TXT concert on 9/12 at BMO Stadium (where I saw them a little more than two years ago) and there are so many empty seats. So many. All the very best are sold but there must be hundreds still unsold. And they seem to be priced normally - like under $200 - all fees included- for a floor seat and under $100 for the upper tier seats. No dynamic pricing. If my favorite type of seat was available, I'd consider going, just for the night. I really hope it does sell out, or at least doesn't have swaths of empty seats. Jin should be rested and adjusted to the the time change by now - so when will be get an OT7 Live???

Okay - this demonstrates why, even If I tried to learn Korean, he speaks SO fast. He loves art because he can't do it - and we owe a lot to his unbringing, which he credits as one of the key components of a successful life.
