  1. I kind of hope not. There are so many artists, and rap people, for him to work with. I'd love to have him be more discerning and not choose rap people who lean towards profanity and vulgarity. But that's just me. I know they had a lot of heroes when they were younger who are people I would never listen to and even actively dislike, but I also felt that (with exception) they didn't really know what was being said/rapped. The guys still killing the charts -
  2. I'm grateful Jin is posting. Feels like a drought. I've been re-watching Rise of Bangtan and am reminded that Namjoon has always been as introspective as he is now. Always wanting to be better and have a message and to have his message heard. A post:
  3. Happy to see Soobin back and happy. The most telling thing he says is "there were also days when i endlessly spiraled into deep thoughts." I think we were all right believing he needed a mental health break. The stress of being the leader of the follow-up act/little brothers of BTS had to have been overwhelming. He had Namjoon to talk to about this, and did, so i think he probably has missed him more than ARMY has.
  4. And I have been trying to buy HYBE stock for a long time. Korea, as yet, does not allow it. I'll have to check with my brokerage again. Now is the time to buy, before OT7 is back. And Jin looks insanely gorgeous here.
  5. We don't know. I really don't believe that HYBE is not interested in promoting TXT and getting them whatever they need for success- I think it's SloRabbit who did most of their last producing but he's likely not connected directly to performance anything. Their manager? Do the members believe they are sufficient entertainment on their own (and having seen them in concert, I certainly wasn't disappointed in anything)? For me, one of the surprises with their supposed "break" is how un-break like it feels. I'm sure they must have pre recorded content but still seem pretty active. By now, they should be all back and working on their tour stuff and, what I guess, would be new music? Soobin's absence would have impacted all this but they can't have a successful tour with nothing new. We just haven't gotten a lot of clarity on what's really up with them, which is a little worrying. Jimin and sergeant too? Why did I think he already was?
  6. Your birthday? My computer flashed a name at me this morning and I don't have anyones' birthday anywhere on the computer, so.... Also, I hope, since he says he shaved his head (but after this picture), that he'll be growing it for the next four months without having to shave it again. Remember him saying - long before he had to, that he was shaving his head because his head was hot? II bet he no longer feels that way. Did TXT not have dancers even in Japan? That has to be their choice (I hope)
  7. For your birthday? Happy Birthday!
  8. Some finds: (and I only ever go to X,, briefly, hoping for BTS content--) https://bsky.app/profile/bangtan7-bells.bsky.social/post/3lh2e7u2gj22s but no translatiion...
  9. Hobi - and the actor fom squid game (it doesn't say where this is, but I presume Seoul)
  10. I follow him on Instagram and he looked to be moving, or maybe setting up a new studio, but it looks like moving. (and I'm pretty sure, or at least it looks like Sungdeuk has permanently relocated to the states - associated with Hybe America). I do hope they are both around and involved in the group comeback.
  11. I really love this look on him. Jeans that fit. Casual. but his airport shoes..... I have to believe I'd have tripped and fallen on my face wearing those. They must be lightweight, unlike the "dress" LV shoes he showed in Paris that are all studded and must weight 5 lbs each.
  12. Well, this is something he likely won't ever have to do again in a matter of months. Ever. At least there are a lot of them-
  13. It was the First Lady's request that Hobi open the show. I don't know if she's why he was invited, at such a late date, but I'm sure she knows that he would fill the arena.
  14. I love that the fanchant was for all the members!!!! Hobi was just on Live. Amazingly, LA still not up BUT vivid seats are already selling tickets for it, even though they don't know what the seat configuration is.
  15. Wish I was there!!! There are tickets on StubHub for not too terrible prices for upperdeck type seats for Chicago and ridiculous prices for floor. Just saying - I don't know how the transfer process works for them anyway.
  16. Only to mobile devices - and mine is so small, it's hardly worth it, but I'm a member anyway.
  17. I hadn't either, but it's for university students and I believe he has graduated.
  18. I think just means that there will be some musicians? Okay - Hobi's tour: Tickets sold out within a very short time - like 10 minutes for at least one. TM is doing massive platinum pricing on the seats that pop up, like close to $800 plus taxes and fees for a ticket that started out less than $200. And the biggest lesson learned (from multiple people on Reddit): your place in the queue is totally random and is not based, even a little bit, on when you get on to TM before the sale begins. A half an hour won't get you a better spot than if you log on ten minutes ahead. I had always thought that entering the lobby or waiting room or whatever it is called as soon as you can, made a difference - but it doesn't. So as long as you are logged on to the TM site (and have everything up to date on there, like your payment method) BEFORE the official start of the pre-sale (or sale, but there will never be tickets left after the ARMY pre-sale), your chances are as good as the other 40K people waiting to get a good spot in the queue. That actually slightly lowers the stress level a little bit because I've always sat in front of my computer for the hour before. So cross your fingers, I guess. And it's your ARMY membership number that is your code - which isn't required until you've gotten to the front of the queue so ineligible people may be in line ahead of you. The platinum prices make me totally crazy. Also - expect TM to want to send you a verification code on your phone at one or more points in the process so have your phone at the ready. I want LA - who else wants LA? And will everyone try for the tickets (who can)?
  19. I don't know of anyone who has gone to the In the Soop shooting location but that's a full day, mostly stuck in a bus with 50 ARMY. Maybe that would be fun for you. I'd rather spend that kind of money going to the movie/tv/MV shooting site that is a recreation of a Joseon viillage. Daechwita was shot there. It's called Yongin Daejanggeum Park. It's free to get into and multiple ways to get there, some fairly low cost. I guess the only catch would be if something was being filmed there, but you could probabkly check ahead of time. The place where the Run BTS Joseon village stuff was shot is Korean Folk Village. That does cost to get into - about $25. There seems to be a number of public transportation options for getting there. How long will you be staying in Seoul?
  20. He looks like he has his fully developed dancing legs back. And, wow - such a sweet cutie.
  21. Exciting to see that this is for fashion week, too. Maybe we'll get a LV photo shoot!
  22. We, in the states, do not have a monopoly on gaslighting.
