Haven't watched the Live yet - but have to point out that Jimin has been up there on the Billboard for well over a year. Consistently and constantly. It's odd, in a way, because e we know that JK Standing Next to You was streamed some insane number of times. And "Who" was released while he was in the military and unable to do any promotions for it. So proud of out Jimin (and, yes, doing my best to get the MV to 125M views and the original version of the song to hit 2B. Also working on getting the MV of Dynamite to hit 2B views. If all the versions were added up it would be SO more than 2B, but this, I guess, is the one to count. Wow - I have so much to watch today. The Live, the Malta BonVoyages, the TXT concert later. I wish it was raining so I wouldn;t feel compelled to et stuff done out side in the insane heat. I, too, hope they can have some "normal"'time. The five,especially , haven't had any since discharged. but we know they all share a similar ethos that Jenn and Hobie do and that means get back to work ASAP. That was smart - all the press went for Tae while Jimin slipped out. Anyway, it's clear that "hello kitty" is Jimin's girlfriend.... Okay, I've talked myself down from the limb I was on, In truth, Yoongi, Namjoon, Jimin, JK and Tae were in LA pretty much for two months and they said - two months. I think I expected ALL of them to be in LA together more than the one day Jin was there.... (my buttons are easily pushed right now because my eyes do not want to stay steady so I can get a prescription. Corneal erosion (wounds worse than it is) but blurred and double vision. Drops in my eyes, now, ten times a day. The specialist - surprise! - went on vacation for a week but I'm supposed to get in next week, but not before smacking my head, hard, slipping into the bathtub - also feel like i cracked my tailbone and cracked a few ribs. It's a cast iron tub so a smack is a SMACK. dizzy and major ringing in my ears but other than being wonky and walking into door ways, I think I'm okay. Does a concussion make one more emotional? Anyway [ seem to be getting better but annoying and how dare she take a vacation when I need an appt? Also missing Bella, so there's that...) Glad everyone is safe and sound at home in Seoul. Hell Kitty? I was not expecting that. Anyway, hoping for a Live on JK's birthday, though now that the are back in Seoul, it'll undoubtedly be at a really awful time for me.

I guess I should put my worry aside and just believe that they just wanted to be home - and, for some, spend a little time with family since they really didn't get much time after their discharge. It just seems sudden. Is the arrival video about the time they walked through ICN because they'd have had to arrive pre-dawn.

I'm going to have to guess this will be his only tattoo (other than the 7). He's no JK. And where are all the members? Why would Tae fly back to SK? It isn't even the end of August and the max amount of time they've had with all seven is maybe a week, two at most. It seems very disorganized and random (though I understand why Jin went to Korea - but not why he hasn't returned to LA). I'm going to guess that Tae has some product promotional thing and will go back to LA. JK's birthday is Monday so I hope they do a Live then and that all members are present. I actually find it unsettling to have one or two members flying off and not being with the others. How can they "feel" like a group if they aren't spending time together? But I also think that the intention is to be in LA for a while, recording - and I kind of presume working on some choreo. Son Sung-deuk is based in LA now and may be busy, but he'll be involved with their new stuff. ("Lumpens" -- their best MV director, is also LA based- I think both he and Son will be involved in, at least, the first new song that comes out)

Oh, Hobi .... But Tae! Looking fine but a little overwhelmed over all. Professional baseball players are big guys. Not basketball big/tall, but bigger than your average American regular guy. Tae looked a tad bit lonely and then his face lit up when he saw Ohtani. (who is 6'4" - and only a year and a half older than Tae) I thought he threw really well for someone who is not a ball player at all and did seem a bit more comfortable when he wasn't sitting all alone in the dugout. I thought he did much better than most, and looked better doing it.

I'm just posting a "great job" to his team, getting him ind and (hopefully) back out of Korea. They must be using private aircraft- again, I wonder i they are flying into Japan on commercial and then private to Korea. Flying one member (and his bodyguard) on a private jet was be crazy expensive. On the other hand, we know they nabbed and charged the employees, etc, sho were leaking their flight info. This is a far better translation than the on on Weverse. HIs reference to all the different colors - I know he's referring to the members, who were able to explode their colors during their solo endeavors. It must seem both illuminating and confirming for him because he has known them all so long - it's not like they aren't, individually, who he sonet all those years with. I this there must be grappling, for all the members, and particularly the ones who do most of the writing, with how to synthesize all this. It's so clear to Namjoon as it is to us that they will be something different than what they were, and what will that be? It has been nearly three years since the concert in Busan. I can't get enough of this post. The fact that they are holding hands to jump waves is so indicative of how close they still are. And goofing around. They may be older but they are still like brothers. Also - with all the music they are listening to posts - it reminds me of how, when they were trainees, they all listened to all kinds of music and the younger ones were exposed to genres they knew nothing about. True - Jin would NEVER wear that tank top JK has on, no matter what it cost. Neither would Tae. Those two are always nicely dressed. And, yes to Jimin!!! Appropriate beach wear, though I think he was getting cold as the sun went down. It sounds like they have a fairly regimented schedule- not unlike what they did 10 years ago, but with a lot more perks (the gym, the "auntie" making dinner, deluxe accommodations). I wonder if the studio is in the house. I know there are several artists who do have studios in their homes, but there are also studios in Malibu.
