I so wish I'd been able to buy stock - but you have to be Korean. And I guess the nj fiasco, nearly over, hasn't hurt HYBE $$$. A couple of tweets I forgot topost earlier. And I'm off to sleep now...It's not just tomorrow here but almost the day after tomorrow. .

What? What is real anymore? I did see that she was four seats away when they were watching the models walk by (and he was sitting next to Spike Lee) but they weren't interacting at all.
-
More Hobi. More Yoongi. More Jin. And what? an ARMY documentary? I don't know about this.
-
Jackson Wang may be everywhere but the Spike Lee and Beyhope pics are the clear examples of how BIG Hobi (and BTS) are.⭐️

I do believe this is the other part of him that's been there all along. He just had the time to find it. "BTS expressed his aspiration to be an old man with gray hair who is still performing on stage, playing his guitar and singing. He also mentioned his dream of becoming a licensed psychological therapist to help those who follow a similar path as him. " It's 2:30 in the morning and I woke up with the computer on my lap and can't find the Suchwita episode with it...

Jimin's back! And the fact that JK is behind the camera and giggling is perfection. Yoongi - Our guys: https://www.instagram.com/p/DLRczBERf6f/?img_index=4&igsh=MWVuNmFtYmwwaXV6bg%3D%3D Setting records...

Wow. I am so happy that he found something that is so beneficial and useful to do that utilizes all the good things he possesses. I am so impressed and I hope the "haters" will be able to stop hating on him now. He is authentic and kind.

I kind of agree with the sentiment behind this article. Hope on the Stage was EVERYWHERE. And having the cinema showing the same day as MOTS is just poor planning - very poor planning.... I don't think that HYBE or BigHit really favors one over the other but it's the same sort of feeling I get when they don't promote TXT. https://www.koreaboo.com/news/bts-jin-hybe-sabotage-solo-tour/

I have to say that I don't really like that hat, and the bling necklace is so...BLING. But nice to see LV makes casual clothes.....

He has said, in the past, that he hoped for two things: to be old and gray, still performing on stage and/or also a therapist, but that would take time and study. He seems to have found a niche spot where all his gifts can be utilized.

Wow - I wonder if the photo is new. Could be -his hair is pretty short. But more than the awards, it's wonderful to read that Yoongi has been able to work with this group while he was in the military. No knowing if that was actually a piece of his service or in his own time. It certainly would be a very very clever way for the K government to utilize Yoongi this way.

I think it was obvious. Yet in was less than two months before Hobi did Lollapaloza and had already released Jack in the Box before his performance. And Jin, while almost longing to get his military obligation taken care of, he performed the day after discharge and has been ON even since. Hobi did take some time after discharge before going full speed, I suspect there were some member who were much more in need of a break than other (hello, Namjoon). I think that JK and probably Jimin and possibly Tae were not so into cutting off activities, though were totally supportive of it. For one thing, they have known since they were children that the military participation was inevitable. I guess we can thank the military requirement as a gift to us (and them). ARMY supported them the whole time and their solo efforts. Reaction and acceptance of any and all the solo ventures could have been different of ARMY felt there was still BTS in our future. There are lot of fans would have been angry and not supportive if we had been told they were disbanding. They have all been very consistent with "BTS will be back". No way to know, I guess, but I'm sure the break, and also the opportunity to do those solo projects was just what they needed. I didn't think I'd ever be pleased that they had to serve but looking at it for this angle makes it a blessing.

Wish they'd talk to us. I don't know what's up with JK; Jimin likely went to Busan to spend time with his family; Yoongi is understandably still a bit wary of haters. I'd love to hear all of them. A Jin Live would be welcome, too.... And I figured Yoongi had been cookin' all along.

This is encouraging -

Love Yeonjun's hair - and why haven't any TXT members done the "Killin it Girl" challenge? Fully expected to see at least one or two of them doing it. And Yeonjun would pick it up in three minutes. Article on BBC about the release from the military and the status of the industry - (and all the major US news outlets have posted about the members being done with the military but all fairly similar to each other -) https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvg64xvxk4ro

I feel sad that Yoongi cannot feel complete joy with his discharge. It's very like him to not go Live immediately. In his own time. Hoping he can spend time with other members this weekend and soon. Scandals just don't diminish with any sort of haste. I think that's why so many suicides occur due to scandal. Hope he enjoys the weekend.

Too insane - there are no flights back until dawn and I can't leave Goguma that long. If I was in Seoul, I'd have tried. And Tae. My god. His shoulders are a challenge to Jin's I wonder what sort of weight it is he wants to lose and how he'll go about it. He's worked so hard at being buff I just don't think he'll ever be the slim model again (not complaining). Weverse Live lagged and lagged and was so frustrating. i wonder if they do the Lives from home, there are just more technical issues. And hoping Yoongi does one tomorrow but not counting on it. Jimin could do one. Or maybe Jin and Yoongi and Jimin. And Hobi. (and I guess tae, since he's in town...) No workd on JK returning but I think Namjoon is finished with his art trip so he may make a point of being home to officially greet his friend. I'd bet money on that...

Hasn't he mentioned this before, like years ago, before the military? He's like a place to house his collection, I know, but suspect he'd keep his favorites at home. I thought about entering the raffle for this one as there are only 250 people but would need to 1)but the set of albums SOON - though I could cancel since it's a pre-sale. and 2)leave Goguma for, I think, about 9 hours, She'd be okay since it's when she'd be sleeping anyway. Look at this recording time - is this common? It's the middle of the night [Pre-recording Participation Information] 1. Pre-recording Time : 1:00 AM, Sunday, June 22, 2025 (KST) 2. Number of Participants : 280 people (No waitlisted) 3. Participant Roll Call Time : Saturday, June 21, 2025 10:15 PM ~ 11:40 PM Numbers 1 ~ 280 4. Participant Roll Call Location : SBS Open Hall (442, Yangcheon-ro) It's very near Gimpo so I figured I could fly up in the evening and back after the recording, but I think this could be borderline insane.

Worth the 45 minutes to watch this. The guy who did it is great at explaining the court documents and it validates everything we always believed about mhj, And states that NJ have self-inflicted any loss of activity. They could have worked all along - they just didn't want to work with anyone but mhj. Petulant and ultimately pretty stupid. And @rockstaryuzu, Ive never said I was certain JK would go solo and leave BTS. It was just a fear spoken out loud. I do believe that every single member stated, during their solo activities, how much they missed the other members and how weird it was to be alone. Even JK - and he did have Jimin come join him. Hobi hasn't said he missed the members as much with this tour but god knows he had a huge crew, dance crew, he's been working with, some back to Neuron days. And always includes "J-Hope of BTS" when he introduces himself. I have no doubt that they all know, especially with 18 months to reflect on it, that BTS is the source of all their success including their solo successes. I'll just be disappointed if we have to wait longer to have a BTS release because of solo activities. It's enough that Hobi still has a few appearances and Jin a whole tour. He doesn't have any time in there for a break or a chance to go home., but I suspect that they have already started something. Love Namjoon Namjooning.

I guess the fact that it was something called "Jungkook Data" should give me pause. I'll withhold my distress until HYBE itself releases something. Ever since he said, in an interview, that he wanted to be a "global pop star", clearly as a solo, in the height of his Seven and Standing Next to You popularity (that hasn't diminished much). He did say, in the Monuments of the Stars that if BTS wanted him, he would be there. There is no question that each member could do a massive individual tour, but splitting up ARMY stans would eventually splinter the support. I'll try not to panic, but I will be beyond disappointed if they don't do something as BTS, start something, in the next couple of months.
-
Though not surprised, in spite of his apparent shyness, JK doing a solo tour is not what I was hoping for. Am I the only one who doesn;t like this?

Nothing could make him happier than a bike and art. Happy for Namjoon and cannot wait until Yoongi is out. (can't read the sasaeng news but it seems JK is in NY?) Love this post:

Oh, I feel in my heart that BTS will be back. OT7.. It's a question of when. And they've always had solo side gigs, even back in th era of mixtapes. I think I've read too many tweets by JK biases wanting him to go solo. I know he would not abandon BTS and his hyungs. It's interesting that there was nothig official about him goin to LA and may me posts from sasaengs and we should not pay attention. I wonder how the civil service discharge works. I guess we'll see. 3 days from now, here. And there couldn't be a more perfect fit for Namjoon than as an art ambassador. I bet he's thrilled. An article in the Korea Herald about the return: https://www.koreaherald.com/article/10510445

It seemed to me that JK was very nervous about performing - and that's kind of why I thought Hobi showcased him. I think the group, as a group, are completely capable of producing something original in a couple of months. As I said, Yoongi has been able to write his entire military time and even Hobi, as busy as he has been with his tour and promotional, could easily have done some writing and talking with Jin and Yoongi after he returned from LA. JK going to LA,, however, is a huge concern for me as to his commitment to BTS as opposed to wanting to be a solo super star. Still believing that there will be a BTS something in the next couple of months. Even if JK works on a solo song doesn't mean that it wouldn't be something for a BTS tour. If they go back to their roots when they design a tour, I suspect that each member will, as they have before, be featured doing something solo. Only the Permission to Dance tour had them all performing every song. It would just make sense to return to the formula they used before, It allowed for showcasing as well as time for the others to get a little rest before the next group number. I very selfishly hope that JK does not abandon the promise he made to come back as BTS. They all want to perform; they all want to be on stage. I am going to hope he goes back to Korea for Yoongi's return. Who hasn't longed for a OT7 chaotic Live? I get that they all need time to decompress - though that's not what Jin or Hobi did. I really felt so high believing that BTS was back. Now I am concerned. How are they going to talk about their future direction and goals if they aren't all in the same place?

Sure looks like it. Who chose that belt buckle for him? I mean, it is accurate, but still... Okay - I have a probably totally unrealistic prediction: The last date for a release to be eligible to next years Grammys is Aug 30. We know the Grammys is BS but it mean something to the members, so I'm putting Auig 30 as the release date of their next single. Not a full album - that'll take many more months, but a single. Yoongi has had access to his studio his entire enlistment; Hobi's been out 8 or 9 months - and both he and Jin have spent time in LA with producers. Namjoon says he hasn't written anything while he's been enlisted and I tend to believe him on that. He's been depressed. And busy. But he is prolific and has plenty to write about. Just a prediction -
