2 OGMS duh! Olympics title would get universal recognition, and smt barely achieved before. Worlds is just meaningful for fs fans, not to say ppl only rmb who got MOST Worlds titles, 2/3/4 titles don't make much difference.

Time to review pic collection of the season: A tough season, indeed. But yuzu ogm makes it all worth it. With only 3 competitions the whole season, he's still: no.1 world standing, sp/fs/total scores wr holder, and reigning oly champ. I might feel a bit sad we couldnt see him much this ss. But all and all, the oly makes up all for it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

My timeline suddenly flooded w these: Can't believe it goes from 100 to 0 so fast. Last year u couldn't even medal w 300pts

I'm dying to know Yuzu's reaction going thru the men's event today. What would be his reaction? or or or (def more worth watching than the event itself )

Patrick has been known all along for being a bit self-centered and don't think twice before he says anything lol. He's like that not only to Yuzu thou. Cuz Yuzu vs Patrick rivalry is strong during last Oly so there are some unnice things he might've said then, but I feel kinda understanding knowing his then status and personality, and it's not like he actually did anything harmful to Yuzu either. Chiddy is no where near a bad guy as long as I consider thou, and after following skating for a while I appreciate his skill even more.

Saw yuna kim's olympic perf and youtube recommended yuzu as also an oly champ. It didnt help his 1st prog i watched was the error-full fs at sochi . I was like 'lol he got gold w this perf? Seems like men's single skating nowadays isnt very good'. (Srsly, thats my 1st impression).im not fs fan at all and have no intention to know more about the sport. But seeing he and yuna dominated oly i wonder how it changed cuz my memory still stuck in the era of sasha cohen and western ladies on top. I checked his wiki profile and very impressed, and saw tons of fanpages and all and realized he was so ridiculously popular, like a celeb, rather than an athlete. I gave him another chance by checking the infamous SEIMEI as all his fans talk about it and guess what? Im sold haha. It's unrealistic to expect a well-rounded contention at the moment. The scoring system favors sQuad so young skaters only focus on quads to improve their score (rather than other low-rewarded elements). The older gen like Javi/Patrick are more well rounded but left behind cuz they don't have as many quads. Only when sQuad become saturated everybody-can-do thing that we can expect someone edging out the rest by being good at other elements too.

Nathan can win he won't bomb, but he has nerve problem and can even be off podium when he's off (World and Oly, most important events) so Idk, it depends his current mentality, and as I know he's injured too? Shoma and Boyang can make use of their chance esp there's not a big gap among top 3 at alll, but Boyang is never judge's fav and Shoma often doesn't do well if Yuzu isn't there to shield him. Podium might be whatever order of top 3. There's Vincent Zhou but I don't think he can kick someone out of podium except one of the trinity flop real hard.

They reset the auction to avoid fake ridiculous 30mil bid, now they get 100mil bid instead=)) The counter effect Btw I hope ppl stop hacking bids as some joke, the money would be donated under Yuzu's reputation, this will mess up the value of the bid.

I don't want him to compete in Worlds either. It's not only about Yuzu, it feels weird we don't see Patrick, Javi, Yuzu in Worlds and there are just all young faces. They've dominated Worlds for last 7 yrs, and suddenly gone, there's this "Those were the days" feeling (thou we all know Yuzu'll come back next Worlds)

Somehow I feel not ready yet, for a new World Champ... His boot auction made it to Korean TV too=)))
