Agree. I actually don't mind much about new rule change. It makes no different if judge still throw out GOE and PCS like free candy, what they need is transparency in judging.

I think Yuzu knows well he can no longer be the 'normal' athlete after Sochi, just look at how he handles media and his current life, he's alr a public figure and MUST live so, it can't be helped (u can't say things like 'i'm an athlete and fight for the medal for myself, not a public figure so I don't want these responsibility' after u get those achievement, esp when you're Jpnese). Plus I hope ppl realize that he isn't your boy next door, regardless of his idol-like image, boy next door's life isn't surrounded by tons of fans/media/business team, his reality is sooooo far from normality that it's hard to say he's just a young boy. What I mean is, he's alr a respected society figure and is expected to live his life accordingly, regardless of the awards.

Not for me. I like Yuzu for his beautiful skating and work ethics more than the top spot. I find absolutely no interest in others be it Shoma, Nathan, Boyang or the ladies, simply cuz I don't like their skating. If he leaves I might leave FS too except I find new talent that makes me in love w their perfs like Yuzu.

I don't know why u guyz bother so much about Beijing. Oly is over with such a rollercoaster of emotion, my heart is suddenly so vacant now it feels like dropping from the ultimate highness to bottomless hollow... soooo empty. I still can't accept the fact there's no more comps, no more skating, THE skating legend will be back to cave like Oly has never happened, but seeing him back to Jpn I realize I must pull myself together to accept it. Ofc he'll keep being on TV months from now on, but what I want to see most is still the skater Hanyu Yuzuru. I can do nothing but pray each day for his recovery, I want him to be completely healthy and happy in next ice shows, the nearest time we might see skater Hanyu back.

I told u his mind is alr fixed on that dream 4A, this + 14 Axels the other day. I feel he's trying to make most of what he can do atm, while painkillers can still be used. Once he goes into rehabilitation, no more skating.

Boy isn't motivated by money, skating is so expensive but he got all financially funded by ANA while doing some endorsements on the side, he might just donate the money like last time. With his status he might've been as BIGGGG as a public figure like Mao but he actually limited public exposure to the very least.
