  1. @Katt Yes, it doesn't have to pass ... but ... it's kind of obvious who benefits here. Check this out. I can't. Regarding PCS And these are the serious errors for the tests TR 29.02A: So a UR or actually, finally, prerotation ... will affect PCS if ISU follows through?! Poor judges and poorer us because this is a mess.
  2. Well this mess is out https://www.isu.org/docman-documents-links/isu-files/documents-communications/isu-communications/17142-isu-communication-2168/file It is ... at this point, it's just funny how hilariously awful all of this is. But the 4A UR values take the cake. I cannot. I give up.
  3. We have a thread for rules talk, can we please use it? Thanks!
  4. I just cottoned on to his short. Goodness, he's in the mood to make folks cry. It will be interesting to see how he skates that one, he has talent all right. Fingers crossed for a 3A this season too
  5. He's a ninja so the first we'll hear of it will probably be by someone accidentally posting about it lol Oh oh ... that knee ... tilt head ... that looks familiar ...
  6. Zu? Mhm. Just imagine. She could let go, as he can do pretty much anything she could think of and has his own ideas. And all those years of choreographic experience and sob. Someone give it to us.
  7. The reason she quit even that was her health, so that's something that limits her, even if she wanted to pick and choose but she probably can give a pointer here and there, which is great. I still want an EX from her for Zu. Sniff.
  8. Hmm I think she was just present and possibly helped out? She definitely doesn't choreograph any longer, to my ever lasting sorrow.
  9. We are all going to hell because watch these show up for real in the end. Fate has a wicked sense of humor.
  10. You never know! The quint may surprise us all and be a ! instead! Dun dun dun!
  11. Nah, that's not worth it then. 5F! Go big or go home, Yuzuru's motto for the Flip
  12. Yeah, so true about that one. And I am sure he will go back to his trademark look and now I'll pout because look at the possibilities. I like my eye-candy, k?
  13. It would certainly fit the whole new 'engage the audience' bit for PCS because the fans would be rolling with laughter! Hey, that totally counts as a response to a program
  14. And you just had to put that out into the Universe ... now watch it all happen. We'll blame you
  15. And now I'm back to pouting again that TAT isn't even choreographing any longer. No matter what she ends up choosing ... Averbukh .... siiiighhhhh.
  16. She should be yes. She, Gulyakova, and Daria are the three big names I'd think?
  17. He looks so good like this?!?! Plushy, keep your hair off your face! (Also for us Euros, does he remind anyone of Totti? )
  18. Yuzuru knows Japanese entertainment really well, I am sure he knows how that goes, it'll be fine. (all the food talk is making me get the munchies)
  19. I almost keeled over when I saw that. First wondered if it was Photoshop! Also Yags is giving me life! Very fashion savvy!
  20. Anna P's SP was great for her, so knock on wood Kazuki gets something that works for him too. I haven't liked all the programs I've seen from Misha either (including those for other skaters), but then that would be asking a bit too much He really seems into it though, so hopefully it works out.
  21. If Boyang were coming without his coach, I'd have a far more optimistic outlook in this whole matter, though the previously mentioned issues, not to go into that now, still remain. But China has the Games in 4 years and in general seems to be working on creating programs, that will enhance their own skaters. Which is perfectly normal of course. Sure, they do have Boyang, who does have issues, and I don't agree it is just a matter of polish btw, but who else? In fact, overall, China is in a bit of a bind right now. I get why they'd want this, they only gain from an arrangement like this. The thing is, I don't see what TCC gains, especially long term, not to mention SC. There has to be some benefit for them too in this matter. We'll see soon enough though, I'm sure of it!
  22. Oh they will be training the coach all right. Just by being there he can absorb literally everything. Methods, the process, etc. And well, if Boyang is being so well coached, why does he need TCC at all? Where are other Chinese men? It is far, far from that simple. We do have a few details, but on the other hand, we are allowed to make our own conclusions based on what we do know and it's a discussion.
  23. This will be interesting to see. As all of them, Misha won't work for every skater and it's especially tricky, and important, now while he is still beginning so I am anxious to see how this turns out!
  24. Why would TCC in essence, train a Chinese coach? Because that is exactly what it boils down to. Educating a Chinese coach. I have no doubt the coach is more than willing. TCC have zero interest in doing that, there are just no benefits. Boyang's coach will learn even if it is short-term, which is actually the point of sending him. It's not about accompanying Boyang, as much as it is about absorbing the knowledge. So long - terms seems very, very far-fetched to me because I see only drawbacks for TCC (not to mention SC).
