I think I need to do that, and also show them GOEs +0 jumps...Sometimes, it's not easy for a non-expert to appreciate the beauty of Yuzu's jumps. I've showed my friends some of the best Yuzu skates, but I guess they understand it's great, but not why I'm so crazy... Love works in mysterious ways.

I feel the same way too...whenever I told my friends I'm crazy about Yuzu, they'll look at his photos/videos and say, "He's pretty/cute." Yes, that is true, but that's not why I noticed him in the first place...I know there are people who are crazy about him mainly cos of his looks, but I wish my friends would stop assuming that that's the main thing that drew me to Yuzu. There are lots of pretty faces in figure skating, but Yuzu's the only one I'm so invested in. And I'm the type who only find a person physically attractive only after I find their personality attractive. I can't believe I've known Yuzu for less than a year...Few months ago, I wouldn't have expected myself to fall deeper and deeper into the fandom. I'm really thankful to the admins/mods for giving us this beautiful planet to reside in! Since becoming a satellite, I've checked other social media less and have spent perhaps way too much time on Yuzu or figure skating related stuff. But I've also gained so much more in other aspects. If there's only one word I can use to describe finding Yuzu and this planet, it's Serendipity.

I agree...if Nathan's taking any other majors, I would think it's manageable, but he's going for pre-med. Pre-med is tough and medical school will be many more years of tough training. I don't see how he would delay graduating when the path to become a doctor is already quite long. I feel that while Nathan likes to skate, his passion was never the same as the other skaters like Yuzu. It was never part of Nathan's plan to stay within the figure skating world. It's more of an adventure while he is young, but he'll move on to other life goals. We'll see what happens next year.

I'm more fascinated that whatever Yuzu's studying is in Japanese...of cos it's obvious that he would study in his native language, but I just can't phantom all the scientific terminology in Japanese. I wander if Yuzu need to do some thesis to graduate and if it's possible to show it to the public. Not that I'll understand anything though.

Praying that Yuzu will have a blast in his upcoming competitions! Hope to see him skate clean for his SP and FS at the Olympics! I want to see more of these expressions:

Oh no, poor Zhenya... She sounds like CoC '14 Yuzu. Now I'm hoping that she withdraws. I think her losing a competition will be even more stressful than if Yuzu lost because her winning streak hasn't been broken... Please rest and recover. And IOC, please let Russia participate at PC.

More and more people know that I'm crazy about Yuzu...when I'm chatting with people, I find myself linking the topic to Yuzu in my head and I always resist to say it out, in case people get sick of hearing about Yuzu. My friend who doesn't follow figure skating now not only knows about Yuzu, she also understand the concept of TES/PCS, SP/FS and she can identify these skaters: Yuzu (of cos!), Patrick, Shoma, Jason, Keegan Messing....and this list will keep expanding...lol

And Shoma isn't as experienced with dealing with the media as Yuzu is. He just recovered from a flu not too long ago, just leave the poor boy alone. Same! When I mentioned Yuzu's withdrawal from NHK, my friends asked, ' What about Milan?' ' I'm going to Milan no matter what. I want this vacation. He's the only one I'm crazy about, but there are other skaters whom I enjoy. It'll just be a stress free event for me if he's not there. I'll only be very sad if he's not there cos of *touchwood* injuries. ' I've never been a sports person, but thanks to Yuzu, I've come to appreciate figure skating for what it is. Figure skating is such a small community and many skaters are friends. Imagine someone else fighting for you and your best friend when you love each other.

I think we're just a bit overly concerned about Yuzu, especially this is the Olympic season. And I see nothing wrong with what Brian said too. Sometimes bad luck can actually lead to something better later. In this case, if this helps to delay Yuzu's peak, that will be great. Imagine seeing GPF 2015 at PC 2018! Every now and then, I feel stressed out about Yuzu's odds of defending his OGM, but I have to tell myself to trust him. Yuzu won't lose confidence nor will he lose motivation, so that's already half a battle conquered! This kid is so right! Yuzu is indeed the GOAT, with a godlike presence! =D I don't really have any reason to put this Yuzu emoji, but this is so cute I really want to use it more.

Finally a P&G product that he actually uses I agree. He only holds back his praise in some countries for PR reasons, but never contradicts himself by praising someone else as highly as he did Yuzu. I believe Sasha looks up to Yuzu because Plushenko has shown him videos of Yuzu as the ideal skater. That, and also because the Pooh rain is adorable to watch. =P With so many trailers, it wouldn't make sense for the commercial to be short....unless P&G is as extra as Zuzu? "Moustache will trap dust, which is bad for my asthma." "I won't be able to make cute faces with Pooh like this one if I have a moustache. "

I agree, he has skated through worse injuries so he could if he really wanted to. He made himself skate through CoC to defend his 1st GPF title. And I think Han Yan went back on ice cos Yuzu did. Now he's giving up his chance for the 5th consecutive GPF win. One thing I appreciate about Team Cricket is that no matter what happens, they treat their athletes as adults and let them make their own decisions. They wouldn't force Yuzu to do anything, although sometimes they try to convince him of one direction. But ultimately, it's up to Yuzu.

To hear your childhood idol praise you like this must be really encouraging for Yuzu! And I see how Sasha Plushenko became a Yuzu fan =P

I'm only doing research for Nathan! And...also I'm buying all of these so that other fanyus like me, NO, i mean unlike me, won't have a chance to own these photos. Listen, I'm going to...no, don't judge a book by its cover! Just because I own tons of Yuzuru photos, watch all of his programmes, think about his performances multiple times in a day, doesn't mean I'm a fan ok?!
